I've been to Flawless for 6 treatments of laser hair removal (full face) and I've had an excellent experience. I chose Flawless because in my consultation, Catherine gave me grounded, realistic information about the spa and service without using the manipulative hard-sell tactics that certain other companies utilized. I am so glad I trusted my instincts. The most important element is the staff; Michelle at the front desk always greeted me with a smile, and even though I only came in for a few minutes every four weeks, she was greeting me by name by the second appointment. My technicians Jackie and Isabel are highly competent, knowledgeable, and patient, and were a delight to work with. Jackie especially, being my technician for the first four sessions, was instrumental to my experience, both in helping my nerves as well as in educating me on the process, results, and aftercare. Jackie helped me feel very comfortable and enthusiastic about sticking with the process and I can't express my gratitude enough. Overall, the whole staff was so friendly and upbeat that I'm actually looking forward to any touch-ups I might get (although right now it looks like I might not need them!). My results have been fantastic: my facial hair is almost entirely gone, and as a result my self confidence and just overall quality of life has gone way up. I don't really need to shave my face, with the exception of some spot-checking every few days or so, and even that has been less and less of an issue. There are, as expected, still some very light, blond hairs that the laser just isn't going to get, but that is so minor compared to what I was dealing with before that it's barely worth bringing up. I have practically zero concerns about getting a 5 o'clock shadow anymore, something which used to really challenge me on longer work days, and in addition, my pores and overall face looks much better! I use less makeup, I wear masks less often, and it's far easier for me to feel really good about the way I look. As a trans person in a public-facing job, it's very easy to get self-conscious and uncomfortable about my appearance; thanks to Flawless, that is a much smaller concern, and I feel better about going out in public in general, not to mention in my professional and social spheres. Requested filler in my cheeks and "top" lip and this was my very sad and physically painful experience... :'( SPA: Flawless Med Spa in ABQ Tech's name: SHERRY My Issues of concern: 1) ME: *sets up a tripod camera* SPA: "you can't record me doing your fillers" and "video recording is not allowed here in this office per the owners" "you don't even need fillers (FYI---I'm African American)." ME now: ... if you ever hear these comments or statements ...RUN!!! 2) ME: Spends $1450 on 2 Syringes (this included a 'gracious' $95.00 discount off Kysse $750 and Contour $795/ each. THEM: 1 week later the SPA started a buy 1 get 1 free deal ...have had this deal each month since my visit:'( 3) ME: Told Sherry I wanted filler in my top lip and cheeks. THEM: She proceeded to fill my top lip and cheeks. 4) ME: "That feels weird" "this really hurts" "something doesn't feel right" "is this normal?" (Right side of my face swells and I get a black eye). DOCTORS/UrgentCare: 'Appears that a nerve and vein had been severely affected from your visit' --- 'Wrongly placed filled...too close to eye sockets...tech Misplaced filler...Issue with filler Misplacement.' 5) ME: After the swelling I called the office to have them 'fill the top middle lip portion' (that clearly doesn't have filler) and notified them of my visit to urgent care. THEM: Sherry refused, stating that she would 'never ever' agree to just fill one lip and that maybe 'I chose the 'wrong' technician'. 6) ME: Asked Sherry for my filler 'placement chart' so that I may take the chart to another office to fix the top- middle- lip. THEM: Sherry stated, "our office does not do paper charts" and would need to recreate one from memory to be "emailed by the owner" at a later date. As long as they get their money they really don't care if you come back happy or otherwise. PLEASE BE CAREFUL when choosing a 'Medical" "Med" SPA. A doctor tends to care about their work and the happies of their patients... not to mention the very real complications so choose your injector wisely. New Mexico is a 1- party state...meaning you can record ALL conversations as proof to a controversy. STAY WOKE QUEENS!!!

I am completely floored by the level of care, cleanliness, affordability, and most importantly my RESULTS from my very first treatment at Flawless Med Spa! Sherri provided me with the most comforting experience in my 60-minute consult and treatment, walking me through my options and listening closely to what it is that I wanted out of my first experience. In this treatment, I softened my nasolabial folds (smile lines) and used the remaining filler to further emphasize my lips with a lip flip treatment. Throughout it all, Sherri made sure to check on me and allow me to see my progress as we moved through the treatment. Once done, I was greeted by Leia and Jackie at the front desk. I was very hesitant to use a spa for my tattoo removal, but from the moment I had my conference call with video with Kathy I felt comfortable, upon arrival for my appointment I was greeted with smiling faces, the lady who checked me in was very informative and professional, I apologize I can’t remember the name, my appointment was at 10:45 on 5/12/2022, please acknowledge this woman who was more than helpful, upon entering the room Samantha was very informative and made me feel comfortable and explained everything including the machine which I found fascinating. The lobby was very inviting and comfortable with a modern decor. I will definitely be back for my future appointments for the tattoo removal. Thanks again!!

I had lip filler done here. My appointment was just very rushed and I didn’t feel like what I wanted was reflected in the service. I was left with asymmetries and lumps as well. After a lot of pleading by me to have these issues corrected their final solution was to allow me to dissolve for free if I opted to buy another syringe. I didn’t feel comfortable going back after all that and ended up going to an MD who was able to repair my lips and took the time to see what worked with my facial structure and make sure I was actually happy.
