This people are cheater who work there also customer care executive are with them. My fiancee had booked a room from app (suggested by oyo customer care executive) for a day there, when he went they refused that there is no booking with his name and check in was there, how can they refuse and check in also for someone else with our booking without checking i. D they checked in already and refusing him that there is no booking. If you want to save your money and want to feel safe never ever book online or offline to this place. Sleep on footpath but not there. Worst oyo, we checked the review and we found negative still we give it go and we regretted later. We have not received any refund money till now from customer care, had conversation with 3 different cc exe. but they put you on wait and disconnect the call. The receptionist in this oyo is so weird you don't want to go. Not suggesting for anyone. Do not go save your money. We have lost our money and time. DO NOT BOOK THIS OYO!! Edit : After connecting on twitter with an experienced and professional guest experience executive, my fiance got his refund. Thanks to the guest experience team. We appreciate their quick response on our complaint.

Worst hotel. They become very much annoyed if you book a room online. Recently I booked a room here online. When I reached the hotel , the caretaker of the hotel told me that they have no power back up system and there will be a power cut for whole night. He advised me to go to some other hotel. When I told him that I have already paid the room rent in advance online and I have to stay there, he became very rude and denied me a room there. Later I came to know from the nearby people that the caretaker of the hotel denies the guests to accommodate if online booking is done because he can't bargain with customers. Seeing his attitude , I decided to leave the hotel and lost my advance booking money. Please don't book this hotel.

Absolutely Horrible Hotel. First of all there is no signboard on the building and you cannot even tell that there is a hotel on the third floor of a showroom. The rooms are cramped with no windows or ventilation. They did not even provide a towel or a bar of soap. The blankets looked dirty and used. During checkout the receptionist who looks like a goon orders you to rate 5 star and does not complete the checkout process till you do. Absolutely Horrible Hotel with a thug as a receptionist. Oyo kindly take note. This hotel does not deserve of being a flagship.
