Matt is a cut above the rest for sure. I was planning to buy a used car and was becoming pretty nervous in the late hour of preparing myself to finish the paper work to buy it as I couldn't find any mechanic in the local area to conduct a pre-purchase check on it for me. It was becoming a pretty desperate situation but luckly as I was driving the car (during my test drive!) Matt answered the call and was happy to have a look at it for me. He conducted a thorough check over the car for me in the short time he had available and gave me his verdict. It was something of a miracle as he prevented me from buying a total lemon. I got in contact with him a few days later to book in an inspection for another ute and he thankfully, AGAIN, found the time to fit me in. Thankfully this time the ute he was inspecting was in far better condition. In sum, not only did Matt help me to avoid a really poor purchase but he indirectly steered me towards a much better vehicle. He is so professional, honest and offers really reasonable prices for his services. You'd be hard pressed to find someone else like him in the industry! Matt - you've reinstated my trust in mechanics :)

Hidden fee will be charged on the bills. I got warning light on on the desk board. They checked the battery. As they monitored “battery check” is free.. still can’t found problems. then they use the diagnostic tools to check again found the “engine oil too thinner”?? But the engine oil been replaced only one weeks before attend FIX ALL. They recommended do a service. When booking the service. They charged $130 for using diagnostic tools on the data. That plug in the car. $75 for reset the warning light fee. But the warning light backs again on the next ignition. My point here is “ they don’t tell me they plug in will be chargeable fee before they service”. Not professional.. I don’t know how much will be top up the bills if I still do the service there. Because they would not tell you the hidden fee. I can feel he got skills but I can not trust his business

Big shout-out to Matt and his crew for their hard works definitely the "peoples mechanic". Regardless how busy Matt schedule was he was still able to fit me in to have a look at my truck with the issues I had. He explained everything that needs attention from minor to major issues as I knew I had 2major issues that needed to be fixed and with Matt professionalism I was satisfied to leave my truck with him... Super friendly, great customer service and will definitely recommend "Fix All Automotive" to anyone who's looking for an honest and great mechanic. I'll be back for sure.

Mechanics like Matt are a God send. No words can describe the kind of AMAZING service I get from here. Matt has always been honest and upfront with everything! Dropped my car off for a service got it back in a better condition. They found faults that I was not aware of, there was a missing filter that they replaced. My car received top quality service. Car sounds and drives better now. Fix All Automotive gave me this sheet with a list of what they did and what needs to be done etc etc. Explained why it was important to get it replaced etc etc. Thank you Matt and team really appreciate it. Overall Highly Recommended to anyone. Thank you Fix All Automotive. I will bring my other car once this one is all squared away.

I can't understand Mr Yips complaint, when he goes to a doctor he happily pays even tho his problem may not be fixed and the doctor charges $50 for 5 minutes, what's the difference, seems to me Mr Yip got value for money by his own words with the time they spent on diagnoses. I've been to that business heaps of time and this review won't change that. I wonder what he thinks about plumbers

Have brought my car back twice with the same problem and will not come back the third time. Have had enough of Matt and his talk. Changed the fuel pump, filter and he said he's repaired my alternator to no avail. Have spent over 1 k in repairs thus far and problem still isn't fixed. Dodgy as.
