I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible three-month journey I’ve had with PT Sam at the gym. From the very beginning, Sam’s dedication and expertise were evident. With Sam’s guidance, I’ve achieved results that I never thought possible. Not only have I seen a significant improvement in my physical fitness, but my confidence and overall well-being have also skyrocketed. Sam’s tailored workouts, nutrition advice, and constant motivation were instrumental in this transformation. What sets PT Sam apart is not just the knowledge but also the genuine care for their clients. They provided unwavering support, even on the toughest days, pushing me to my limits and beyond. Sam’s positivity and enthusiasm are contagious, making each session something to look forward to. The gym environment they create is welcoming and supportive, making it a place where I felt comfortable pushing my boundaries. Sam’s attention to detail and commitment to my success were evident every step of the way.

It is the most perfect GYM in Dubai ***** Beginning with warm reception from lovely smiling staff. The trainers are all professional and so friendly, Specially trainer SAM who provides me a the best programme of training with amazing techniques and plus of the diet food schedule and secret tips from his long experience in fitness field. Trainer DENISA is a super fitness Model and specialist in full body training programme and boxing courses,  she supervised me in the complimentary 2 free session given by the GYM and it was great experience. The GYM equipments were very modern , also it admire me the standard of cleaning they have and the all facilities are completely available .

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Fitness Zone and their personal training services. The gym itself is completly new and equipped with top-notch machines. I appreciate the cleanliness of the place and most importantly the professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to my personal trainer Sam. his expertise and personalized approach have helped me set achievable goals and push my limits. His training have been transformative as he goes the extra mile to make sure that all the component of my fitness journey are in sync with my goals and I am so thanksful for his support!! I cannot recommend Fitness Zone and their personal training services enough!

I called to find out about memberships. The guy was quite obnoxious- it was a ‘take it or leave it’ kind of conversation. I said I would like to visit, he said “u don't want to know the price? It’s 600 per month”. I asked if it was better than the DIFC platinum club that I go to currently cause it gives me access to all their locations. He said “no that’s better, but we are a luxury gym. Anyways I just called to see if everything is alright”. I said everything’s alright and we hung up. You can be posh! But spare us the arrogance please.

A very clean , modern and premium gym . All the newest equipment and modern facilities and the staff are all knowledgeable and friendly . I personally took classes with PT Sam and in the course of a month and a half i have seen some results, very knowledgeable in workouts and nutrition fields and would definitely continue taking more classes with him in the future. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the premium gym experience with the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff and especially PT Sam.

One of the best gyms in Dubai!! Great vibes all around with the friendliest of staff and professional trainers who know how to build you up! A special thank you to my PT Sam who has demonstrated great skills and knowledge in personal training but also goes beyond what a normal PT would work towards by recommending a diet plan and constantly following up with what I eat to ensure I'm getting the most out of my meals.
