In September 2022, I was suffering from Class 3 obesity. I was looking for a gym to start changing, I checked many gyms in this area, I didn't feel like joining any gym, and this gym was in the middle of my list. I walked in and met Coach Hardy and Coach Jenny. They welcomed me with a great smile. I explained to them my condition and how much weight I had to lose. I didn't feel any excited at that time because I tried a lot to change myself and didn't succeed. But Coach Hardy encouraged me to start and keep going. All the staff were helpful and happy to help. After the first month of commitment, I felt a slight change, and it encouraged me to keep going. And today after almost 6 months I'm really happy with the results, The environment of the gym is very exciting, good machines are available and there are group sessions given by professionals. Many thanks to everyone, especially Coach Hardy and Coach Jenny.

I have been training with coach Hammad . It’s been a 5 month journey with amazing progress . I dropped from 24 percent body fat to 11 percent . It’s been a sustainable program with personal goal measurement and life style management . The training sessions are progressive and always linked to a higher Goal . The coach is patient and pushes you to be the best version of your self . He tries to accommodate a busy schedule and always do follow ups if one is travelling . The staff at the gym are all very helpful and the gym as all the facilities for a good workout . I also frequent the Zumba class which is good . The training sessions are value for money . I do not live in the area but I travel there as it’s affordable rates for dubai . I have flexible working so it suits me .

When i enrolled in fitness hub i observe that coaches are more expert of nutritional food for improving my diet has led to drastic improvements in my daily life. It is entirely worth the investment in myself. Because of fitness hub gym trainer’s assistance in restructuring my diet, I’m now eating naturally and feeling better than ever before! I search a gym in international city, but this gym is the best among the rest. Very approachable and accommodating staffs, especially in the reception chesca and shahbaz.And also the trainers they will assist you nicely. Price is affortable I recommend this gym …

Gym has lots of equipments, they also have FREE workout classes i love zumba class the most, gym trainors here are hands on, they are paying attention to each client and helping them out whenever they need assistance, price is also reasonable, the space is big as well,

Had a good session here today. They have antibacterial spray around the gym to ensure the equipment can be kept clean. Music provides a good atmosphere to work in and your greeted by friendly staff on arrival. Would go again.

On of the best gym providing excellent cardio and abs classes in free.. Coaches are extremely friendly ..don't forget to Ask about "Coach Farhan" if you want to loose weight or interested in bing bang muscles.

Zumba class experience with Shula, a professional Instructor is awesome. Overall, gym is neat and clean with daily classes for Cardio exercise by Instructor.
