This is a chain that seems to have found the right recipe in teems of how to create delicious fish and chips and other seafood dishes that won't break the bank. Their prices are very reasonable and their food is also really delicious and will have you coming back time and time again. The staff are very friendly which helps alot. They have stores all around around the country and in virtually every mall. My favourite is their wraps, hake, calamari and prawn flavours are available. Their fish is served with either chips, rice or even salad if you are trying to be health conscious. All in all. They are a winner every time.

Empty on a Thursday night, no kitchen staff until an Uber Eats Driver walks in 15 minutes after I've placed my order. Turn they scramble top make good order before mine. After he leaves it takes another 15 minutes before I ago where my for is, only for the cashier to go and find out what's happening. Very aggressive head cook them starts banging my order together braaing in mind I've ordered for 7 adults. When my n order arrives is completely wrong. Would hate to see what would happen when you're actually busy. Thank you KFC Bergbron for coming to my rescue on time and correctly at less than half the price

Placed an order for delivery, which was tough as the lady helping us could not operate the system and kept clearing the order, her supervisor took over and forgot to ask for our address, as first time orderers. We phoned back and sorted it out. We live not even 8 minutes away. We were told as its friday waiting time will be 35 mins. All good. Time ticks, we call twice to query. Waited almost 2 hours for our cold, soggy fish and no salad. Needless to say, it was my first and last time ordering from this place.

Worst experience I've ever had at fishaways. Orderded a platter for 4 that was absolutely terrible. For their calamari portion they gave for a platter for 4 is no jokes literally 4 small pieces. I asked them is that really how much you get and they looked at me like "what is wrong with you ofcourse thats what you get". They give you litteral sardines that tastes like it was sitting at the bottom of their freezer for 2 years. I will never go there again.

I placed an order for delivery, I waited an hour and tried calling. I had to go fetch the food that was sitting on the counter ice cold. They apparently didn't have squiggly pops so just decided that it wasn't that important.

Horrible service my food got delivered after 2 hours. The food was packaged untidily my rice was slimy. The driver calls with WhatsApp and not by mobile. I didn’t even get an apology for the service. …

Waz having uber order but no one attended me they were sitting playing with phones...it waz around 18:50..customers are complaining about this behavior,us uber drivers they don't take us serious...

The cashier gave me a incorrect order when I came back and told her that the order was missing coldrink she said why didn't I check the order

Service suck was at Steers staff was more worried about the socker than the customers. Very disappointed.
