Unbelievable!!! This bank really overstepped their boundaries with a bunch of lies. They called adult protective services on me, & said I was stealing my dads money. I don’t need his money, he lives with me, & I take care of him, cook, wash, clean his wounds drive him to all his doctors appointments, everything, because my dad is elderly, in early dementia, has cancer, and is constantly sick from chemotherapy. So he was going to the bank, calling over and over asking about his money. His dementia makes him forget that he payed his, medicine, & food that he needs. I explained to the bank my dad’s situation and they ignored me and called adult protective services to say I was taking his money… are you serious!!!! My dad’s closing his account, and I’m closing my account. We will never bank here again. This bank will get in your business & lie about you. Beware!!

This bank is very unprofessional nobody never picks up the phone, I’ve waited half an hour waiting to speak to someone about my card over the phone .... no one answered still ... how are we suppose to get in touch with our bank if we can’t call instead of coming up there this is ridiculous still to this day no one picks up …

They only have 2 people at the windows in peak time and they are slow..At other banks ,if you have other issues you can have some privacy.All their business is conducted in the open at the window
