Terrible..hay una chica llamada Diana q esta mas perdida q los hijos de la llorona..no se como puede trabajar ahi... Fui a cancelar mi tarjeta q habia perdido y solicitar una nueva y se le olvidaba q era lo q estaba haciendo... Le dije varias veces a lo q iba..y mi tarjeta no llego ....ya pasaron 2 semanas y nada.. No se q fue lo q hizo si se le volvio a olvidar q le pedi q me enviaran otra o la mando a otro lugar... Definitivamente gente como ella no deberian trabajar ahi..no tiene cabeza para un trabajo como ese

I have been a customer for many years (more than 10 years) and never had a issue until today the Branch manager Andrea Huerta was really rude and No patience at all. We observed how she was treating a new employee really mean and unprofessional in from of the customers. The assistant manager CA Gonzalez the way she was explaining the policy was very aggressive and rude when I ask her. Definitely not coming back to this branch. Due to those reason I am sincerely thinking of changing banks.

The branch supervisor and other employees are rude. They like to try to argue in front of people. Online says they close at 7, but employees said they closed at 6. So don’t even try to get there at 6:01 or they won’t even cash your cash. I DO NOT recommend this bank and will be switching soon. This branch needs to be closed or hire better employees that have better customer service. I wouldn’t even give them a star if it wasn’t required.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The managers have horrible customer service, they do not know time lines for anything. The personal bankers argue in front of customers. Everytime I use First Convenice Bank at Wynnewood I have a bad experience. Use a Credit Union instead of this bank, they like to add fees to your account and will talk to you like they do not need your business.

Noone ever gets on here to praise businesses. Only to whine and complain! While they are a slow bank, which may have to do with the HIGH volume of the elderly, the staff is always patient and kind and efficient. I have never incurred any sneaky charges or mistakes. Estatements are free. Direct deposit is free. This is just an all around small, convenient bank.

Necesitan dejar de estar paradas sin hacer nada y atender a los clientes hay 4 personas y solo 2 estan atendiendo alos clientes las otras. 2 solo estan ahi sin hacer nada ......ya estos bancos estan fayando mucho a nosotros los clientes

One of the reasons i liked this bank because it was open on Sunday! My only day off!! Now i have to wait till Monday to deposit anything. Also they need a deposit drop at every location. Just so inconvenient!

They are complete idiots. They charge for a bank statement. It's ridiculous. One of the tellers shredded my card for no apparent reason. Another teller canceled 2 of my cards for no apparent reason

Worst customer service at Wynne wood bank ,the employees stand there and hold a whole conversation with my money in their hands as I wait for it .Go to any of the other banks except this one.

Revisé para poder venir, porque decía en su página de Internet que estaba abierto, llego aquí y dice cerrado los domingos. Deberían de actualizar sus horarios.

Excellent customer service very friendly and helpful. As far as the bad reviews this bank is just like any other dont overdraw your account avoid fees simple

They put my check on hold and didn't even bother to tell me, not to mention I've been with them 2 Teresa!

The manager was very knowledgeable and prompt, and her service reap have always been ready to assist.
