Just got my bike back from Max and Chris and the workshop guys, and I’m stoked with the whole process. I’ve been to the other (very well known) major bike outlet in Melbourne and have received some of the worst retail service I’ve experienced, let alone the work shop and mechanical workmanship. So to come to First Class and drop my bike off, naturally I was apprehensive. For the entire process, I was called with updates on additional items, asked if I approved of the additional items, and was even called to be told it wasn’t ready by a given day, even though we’d never set a collection date in stone. When I picked the bike up, I was given a full rundown and shown what was done. Really stoked to ride this weekend knowing it’s all been done perfectly.

I travel from Richmond to Lilydale (past some big motorcycle dealers) to deal with the staff at First class, The staff both in spares and service are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, I was recommended by Dylan to consider the SC Project pipe for my T7 The process of ordering the pipe and having it fitted was handled professionally as I was kept in the loop throughout. I was totally happy with the performance of the Tenere but after the pipe was fitted I now have the sweetest ride in the eastern suburbs All thanks to the staff at First class motorcycles

First Class Motorcycles Lillydale is 50km from my residential address. I started the relationship with FCM ordering parts for an older bike of mine. Their spare parts department were informative, reliable and market competitive. Better than any other spares/ dealership within 50km (in my experience). The relationship soon grew and i ended up purchasing x2 motorcycles a 2023 Yamaha MT09 & a Husky TE300. Scott in sales was brilliant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wanted a minor service, got a full service for $1200. Never paid that much for even a full service before. Manager of mechanics was extremely rude and treated me like a “know nothing female”. Told me my bike would be ready at 5pm. I turned up at 4.15pm, said no worries bike will be ready by 5pm. 5 to 5pm he says sorry it won’t be ready. Leaving me with no way to get home. Appallingly bad service. Do not go here, especially if you’re female. Rip offs!

Just took my bike here because my mirror broke off and although they didn’t have a new mirror for my specific bike they put two other mirror on that fit and look amazing. They are such lovely people that are so willing to help out someone in need. I cannot be more grateful. Thank you so much to Fred and River for your generosity and kindness!! ❤️️

Scott and the team at First Class were amazing. We shifted back to Darwin, selling motorbikes up there to then buying new ones in Melbourne for myself and the two boys. Scott was super helpful, patient and provided great advice through the whole purchase process. I highly recommend First Class and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

The customer service here is spectacular. Really friendly staff always down for a chat, they helped me find some really uncommon parts and have gone above and beyond to help out. I would 100% recommend. I work on all my own bikes and these guys are always willing to lend advice, even helped jumpstart my car once when I left the lights on!

Went here the other week to look for a new bike. Some argonaut worker I think his name was Dylan He had a frosted tip mullet I recall was not at all helpful shocking that you would hire someone this bad. Don't recommend He put me off buying a bike I bet the other workers are good but Dylan put me off …

Excellent service from Matt. First up got the bike brand new at a good price. Got my bike ordered in and ready in just over a week. Explained everything well. Helped me by loading it onto my trailer. Only done a short distance on the bike so far, but loving it. Would definitely come back here again.

These guys are awsome to deal with. I flew down from Qld to purchase a bike but coz I was riding it over 2500km home I wanted to have it serviced. At very short notice, Fred and the mechanics went out of their way to accommodate this late on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommend them. Cheers Fella’s

Peter and Bruce from service are amazing. Bought a second hand Viking which ended up having some major issues. These guys recognised the issue immediately and was able to perform a top end rebuild 4 day’s before Christmas. I could not recommend these guys any higher! Thanks again

First Class Motorcycles really are a first class bike shop. Their service and understanding of the products they sell is the BEST I’ve experienced in Victoria. Everyone on the showroom knows what they’re taking about! Save yourself time and go here before any other bike shop!

Bike was well taken care of by knowledgeable workshop staff and nice to find Max Morrison again after about 20 years. All up the whole experience was great. Only need a RWC but also fixed a couple of PD issues. Will definitely be back. Andy from Eastern Subaru

I enquired online and bill got back to me asap. His service was great nothing was a problem for him. When i got the bike it was ready to go i litrally took it from there to the bush and didn't even have to fuel in it. All other staff were very friendly.

The guys at first class are exactly that. Very knowledgeable, they have a great range of bikes, gear and parts as well as local financing available on purchases. Had a good range of stuff for my young fella when we're buying his first motorbike.

I got my tyre flat the other day. Came here to fix. Staff Frad and Daniel helped me out and worried as if it’s their problem. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend to come to fix if you have any issue with motorcycle.

Mark Harvey (The service manager) has time and time again, both on recorded phone call audio and email record,- blatantly and willingly lied to me regarding the repair of my Ninja H2; which has been in action for over 10 months now.

If you’re looking to buy a bike go through Matt woods at first class motorcycles couldn’t recommend any one else! Brought my 2023 yz 250 from Matt and couldn’t be more happier with the deal and the service from Matt!

I have dealt with First Class Motorcycles for a few months now and the service has been nothing but top notche! River will always order the parts I need to keep my bike on the track from tires to spare parts.
