Prices are reasonably competitive, staff were helpful and the selection was pretty good. I was looking for a specific upmarket French champagne which they had in stock. Also picked up some edible Hibiscus flowers in a syrup that you can add to sparkling wines to make them extra special. They also had the metal ice cubes etc.

Trying to flog your nearly out of date specials at the point of sale, taking up the whole counter that we can barely fit a bottle on is the sole reason a good store gets 1 star. The counter is for the goods we are carrying to purchase, not your add on sale. Head office, clear the counter.

I tried to contact them several times, no one picked the phone up. Only two crews for a big store. You can find some brands that you cannot find in other stores. Parking available in front of shop's door.

On the wall behind the registers it says we'll beat any price. The Indian staff member thinks matching is the same as beating. When I explained the difference he still didn't get it.

They have a great selection of beer. Wine selection is ok, but nothing to write home about. Dan Murphys has a much better selection of wines but they are more expensive I think.

In-store service is just ok. Tried ordering online for delivery from this store, woeful. Didn't receive the order at all had to cancel and request a refund. Will never be back.

One great staff member named ashish , goes out of his way to make sure I get the best specials and information. His service was so good this is my first ever review. Peace
