Upon my purchase of a fresh 10 pack of Woody's my card declined and the young lady with the glasses yelled out 'yeah we're usually everyone's last stop' as i proceeded to pay with cash though insinuating im poor or something? Extremely rude and very unprofessional.

Great bottleshop in Brookvale, good sized cool room with beers from around the world, big wine selection, spirits galore and friendly and helpful staff. Just keep GOAT can cases cold and at $50 or below and you'll have a customer for life : )

Great selection. Access is super convient as there are no big shopping centers around that create chaos. If I am in a hurry I can usually get what I want in less than 10 minutes (including parking).

Staff member that does not even know the stores own discount prices on advertising sites. Then Rudely and ignorantly refuses to give it to you at the advertised price. Customer service at its worst!

Found some great bargains in here. Went in on Saturday to stock up with drinks for our work Christmas party, and the cashier gave me a hand carrying my drinks to my car! Great service
