If there is negative 5 starts, this company/branch definitely deserves it. Late response in file preparation lead to delay in mortgage application and the closing. Moreover, they did not send the payment to insurance company which made the house insurance canceled. Both buyer and seller are extremely uncomfortable with the service.

Vanessa Jaster is a rock star! I had listed a property with an unusual survey that I was sure would be a pain in the butt for me. Vanessa managed to get everything ironed out with no sweat of my brow, and the property closed right on schedule! 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible experience. Six months after closing with First American and moving into new property I was dismayed when I received bill from community association that wasn’t paid at closing. This included hundreds of dollars in dues, late fees

I just closed a file in this place and they never returned phone calls or emails. I received the settlement statement 15 before closing. Also, the payoff was short when the money was sent to mortgage company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BRINGING

DO NOT RECOMMEND! 6 months after closing still dealing with issue of fees not paid properly. This is my 4th time coming to them with a issue! Everyone keeps blaming the other person sorry excuse for a title company!
