DO NOT COME HERE!!!! SALES ARE A LIE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I came here with my boyfriend to get walking shoes and this place is a complete rip off. They had shoes advertised for $65 but when we checked out they tried to charge us $130. When I pointed out the sale and she even went to go get the shoe that had the sales price on it but the store manager absolutely refused to honor the price. The store manager (in red) was so smug and rude too, I’m shocked she even made it as far as she did with such a nasty attitude. Save your TIME and MONEY and go literally anywhere else!! Not worth the rip off and the bad company.

Yea so the parking lot is a interesting place when it comes to this mall. There was a guy trying to convince me that cannibalism is the key to defeating covid 19. I admire his conviction but i was there to buy my wife some airmax not debate pandemic solutions, as crazy as they may seem. Kevin at finish line hooked it up for me and i was outta there with what i needed. On the way out the guy advocating eating other humans ran into some mormons of whatever those white dudes are with the short sleeved dress shirts. They got into a fist fight and i watched. Very entertaining.

Recién visite esta tienda y la razón fue hacer un cambio ,lastimosamente la Srita .que me atendió no tiene la paciencia para ayudar a encontrar opciones yo le pedía ayuda por un size y muy ruda me decía que no tenían me hizo sentir intimidada y sin confianza en regresar a esa tienda ,yo trabajo en este mall y por eso decidí comprar ahí ,pero la verdad no regresaré prefiero visitar la de Topanga mall ,por favor entrenen a sus asociados en costumer services .no encontré personal amable a esta hora .

Apparently they exploit their workers a lot. A person helped me and after 10 minutes another person brought a pair of tennis shoes. I chose three pairs in case I didn't like any of them, but I only took one pair, limiting myself to saying that my number is very common, that's why there aren't any. She looked tired and bored and that where they keep them is different from each other (logical). Poor things

We went in to exchange our son's shoes. We were helped by Shadi, a young man at the register. His customer service was incredible. He was so patient with my son changing his size a few times. He let us take our time. He was not pushy at all. I truly like Finish Line. I got the shoes online and was able to exchange them in the store. I loved that. Thank you Finish Line!

I went to finish line panorama mall store today 11/25/2020 to buy a pair of socks for my son , I really like how the store manager help me and put attention to my son he was really friendly and helpful I ended buying the socks for my son and two pairs of tennis shoes because the manager service great job and thank you for your service and attention.

The attitude that was shown to my friend for returning a pair of shoes with 2 left shoes instead of regular was beyond rude n unexpected. And seeing what my friend went through trying to return these shoes was not worth a visit ever back to this place! Save your money folks!! Lots of Other Great places!

Manager Sergio is very unproffesional and lacks people skills he had a bad attitude with him that was uncalled for if you are returning here expect to be treated badly with disrespect if you can't talk to people right get a job where you won't have to deal with people

The shoes I order are to big . I’m trying to make a exchange and No one can’t give me a answer to do it . I try calling customer service and no one answer I call the Panorama Mall and the phone is disconnected. So Please have a answer for me

There was a Hispanic woman with long dark hair that looked at me and refused to help me! It was not till a man with a beard was kind and got me a perfect matching shoe to my feet! It's because of him I would gladly come back!

Came in yesterday evening. Male employee working the floor was very rude. Ultimately did not purchase anything because of his attitude. Female employee wearing pink shirt was okay.

They always have the same style, never change it up. Or ugly colors. Some people like it neutral. The service is great don't get me wrong, but shoe wise it's bad.

I tried coming to finish line at 6:27 pm and they said it was closed I do understand that covid 19 is a thing right now, but why would they say they close at 7pm

Couldn't find what I was looking for the employee are very uptight and think they are better the the costumers never will be back to this particular store

That was another great buy. The manager Sergio was well knowledgeable on what I was buying did a great job making sure I was satisfied with my purchased.
