I used this company 5 times previously from 2011 to 2019 and the service ranged from excellent to great. On this occasion, it seems much has changed and its all about profit with little regard for service. Now they have an operator who when I booked I asked if I could travel with the two men and the van and she said of course. The fee was quite high but I have lymphedema and cannot lift heavy items. On the day, only one man, the driver, was lifting whist the other rearranged the items which was inefficient as my items only half filled the van. Then the driver said I cannot travel with them. Much time was wasted on this issue as I was never told this and they agreed they made a mistake when they spoke to the operator and actually read the job notes. 1 1/2 hours on the road, they said they’re taking a break which did not happen when I used the same company previously to the same destination. After 30 minutes sitting in the van waiting I called and asked the operator if this was common practice, she said no. She said she would sort it and call me back. Instead, the owner called me with a lecture on his workers wellbeing and said I shouldn't be travelling with them anyway. I said if your operator had made that clear and told me about the breaks, I would have taken my services elsewhere. After 40 minutes, I spoke to the driver and told him that I had an appointment and would be late. They came back but I had to wait further for one of them to smoke a cigarette. The unloading was the same inefficient slow process. The Big Yellow employee came into the office and told me to be careful as they had left a trolley with my stuff in the lift unattended. This meant I could not leave them to lock up and missed the appointment. I helped with taking the trolley to the 1st floor and again the unit was half filled so no need for a dedicated person to rearrange items. The icing on the cake was the hefty fee they charged my credit card for additional time. Beware of these rogue removal companies. This company was good but now its all about profit. Its the luck of the draw which movers you get and now, if you get the short straw, they will not rectify it.

2nd move (2020) Jose was absolutely brilliant. He was efficient, polite and the way he packs the van was so professional. This moved involved 250 miles and 3 locations but Jose took care of it all and organised the move(s) with precision. He arrived on time prepared with a really useful trolley, coverings etc. I literally had no worries whatsoever. A 2 bed flat took an hour to empty. This is the second time I've used this company and both times they have done a stellar job. Keep up the good work! They also had the best quote and customer service from all the London providers we contacted. Would definitely recommend! 1st move (2019) FabioGFabio was extremely helpful. Great customer service, professional, friendly, quick and efficient. Very impressed with the way he placed and secured my furniture in the van. Just writing to let you know that the guys were brilliant at the beginning of October when they took us up to Scotland. Their work rate was first class and everything was done with a smile and in a professional and friendly way. From the moment they arrived when they finished they did not complain or say something couldn't be done. The 'can-do' attitude and dedication shown was a credit to your company. Couldn't have done it without them and all there efforts were greatly appreciated. I hope they are all well and please pass on our best. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough! The communication was prompt and precise from the beginning with a fair price quote. Marco at the office made sure he would book the right type/size of van for our moving. I requested for 2 men and they arrived on time and also called twice that day to confirm their arrival! We have used finest man and van on 3 separate occasions now. Each time they have been incredible. Polite, courteous, efficient, speedy, able to answer questions, moving things with care and consideration. Most recenlty we used them for 2 jobs, involving a total of 4 different pick ups, each person at the pick up points had the same feedback, they were all impressed with how quickly they did the job but also how friendly and polite they were, even though they were so quick, you didnt feel like they were rushing you, or you couldn't ask them things, they worked really hard to get everything done within the minimum amount of time required, and amazing value for money! I had a great move day with this firm courtesy of my movers Nuno, Igor and Claudia. I chose the firm based on a recommendation from my friends and was not disappointed. They weren't the cheapest by a long shot but I think you get what you pay for. The packing was excellent as well as things like dismantling of my ottoman bed and reassembly. The team were very professional, efficient and helped put my mind at rest during the packing and eventual move day. I had to make a last minute change and add a sofa to the move which Marco, the owner, accommodated without issue into my schedule. We have moved twice in recent weeks with Finest Man & Van (the first temporarily before again a week later into our new place) and both times they were fantastic. They honestly made both moves the least painful moving experiences we have ever had - despite it being during the pandemic lockdown (they were very professional and took the appropriate social distancing etc steps) and on the latest move the building's service lift breaking down with them inside! Incredibly quick, professional and really friendly, we did our latest move, into a second floor residence, from start to finish in under 2hrs, which includes the travel time. It started well, the guy rang me up 2 hours before to say he could come earlier - I declined, but was happy that he asked. When he came, nothing seemed to be a problem for him. I had a bedroom to move, with an array of boxes, bags, mirrors, large TV, guitar, etc. all moved within half an hour. A short safe drive later and we were at my new room. He was happy to drop stuff up to me up one flight of stairs, taking some unbelievably heavy boxes and items, still with ease. All done in about 1-1.5 hours. Nothing broken or damaged. Excellent service and when I move again, these are definitely the ones I'll be calling! Many thanks for the great service!

we used this company to move us from a 2 bedroom house to another 2 bedroom house within 5miles Rafael and Brandon had a bit of a walk from the first house but that wasn't a problem for these guys they loaded with care all large items were covered and strapped they unloaded and put things upstairs which needed to be there beds wardrobe ect they took great care with all furniture these guys were fantastic they were on time nothing was a problem for Rafael and Brandon the price was great too even though i had to pay for a extra hour the price was still cheap. we highly recommend this company great work Rafael and Brandon. and a big thankyou.

Just brilliant. This was my second move with the Finest Man & Van team and, as before, everything was great. Communication from Marco is prompt, friendly and detailed and he really bent over backwards to solve a problem quickly (when we couldn’t fit everything in the van he organised another team of movers, despite them being fully booked). The moving teams were professional, friendly, trustworthy and took great care of our stuff. In particular, one of the teams went above and beyond when our lifts went out of order due to a power cut, and carried all remaining items down 6 flights of stairs. All in all, very recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I used Finest Man and Van today to help move out the contents of my 2 bed flat and unload into local storage (20+ boxes, 2 seater sofa, garden furniture and a washer dryer). The booking process was easy with Marco taking the time to listen the request and suggest the amount of time needed. The guys did a fantastic job today. They turned up at exactly the time agreed, loaded up carefully, both worked fast, efficiently and safely. And unloaded with the same level of care into the self storage facility. Feb 2019: Booked these guys at the 11th hour as the driver I had intended to use was a bit flaky; these guys were prompt and quick in helping me move some furniture to a Big Yellow warehouse. Highly recommend this company..thanks again! UPDATE: Oct 2020 - booked these guys again and I can't reiterate enough how helpful they were. Jose and Rafael who helped me in 2019 to take my furniture to storage, came back to move my furniture from storage back to my house...they were timely, polite, quick and efficient. Finest Van have been outstanding from start to finish. Ana's friendly and efficient communication regarding the booking set the tone. Fabio and Flavio were our removal men and I can not praise them highly enough. Very friendly, polite and hardworking. They were very careful with our belongings and ensured everything arrived safe and sound over a 300 mile journey. There are a lot of removal companies out there, I don't believe any will be better based on the competitive price and customer service offered by Finest Van. I used Man and Van for moving between flats in Southwark area. It was a great experience, the communication, the move itself was very professional and the price was very affordable. I first started searching online for a removals company: wrong idea - I received budgets that were really high from companies based very far from Southwark (I calculated they'd need up to 1.5 hours to arrive to the location). I went to search something local instead and found Finest Man and Van. I am so glad I did, it went great and smoothly. 100% would recommend it.

I booked this company a week before my move after being having another moving company mess me about on availability and rates. As it turns out this was the best thing that could of happen. Marco was friendly, very helpful and the movers were lovely, handled our items with care (nothing broken!) and got the job done, no complaints. They turned up early, were very professional and because of them, moving was not stressful as I thought it would be. This is the first we have used to man with van services, because i am tired to move things my self, this my second move within 8 month time, due to land lord sold the house. I look for the service online and i found london's finest service, and looking at the reviews. i call them and booked for 8am in harrow.Two of them were very helpful and friendly. i definetly used them again. i can't remember their names(14/12/2018). Big thanks for that, and my wife was very happy and she went and bought the wine for them as a Christmas gift.

From first contact Marco was very responsive & informative, helping me work out what level of removal services I would need to move a terrace full of potted plants , some of the pots being very big and heavy. When it came to undertaking the move Andrew & Flavio were really methodical & patient , & clearly knew what they were doing particularly when it turned out there were more plants than first estimated. Andrew and Flavio did a great job moving me from one flat to another within London! They quickly disassembled and reassembled my IKEA Malm bed, and were such troopers carrying my (sometimes very heavy) things up and down 3 sets of stairs on both ends of the move. Marco helped me coordinate everything and was very responsive. They handled my things with care and arrived a bit earlier than my original booking at my request, and had no problem going over my under-estimated original booking duration. Would definitely use them again!

Brilliant service - I booked them for move with a same day sale/purchase completion and it was great to know they were booked for the whole day if the completion dragged on. They turned up on the dot, worked tirelessly to get our stuff down several flights of stairs, were careful and were done within an hour. I used Finest Man & Van for my move from my flat into storage in June, the service was brilliant and great value for money. They arrived ahead of time, then carefully and quickly packed a considerable amount of stuff into the luton van. At the other end they managed to pack everything into the tight storage space with ease. They took a great deal of care with my furniture and belongings, which I greatly appreciated, and worked non-stop. I would happily use them again and recommend!

We are a music shop and hired Finest Man & Van to move exhibition stock across London from our shop to a trade show at another central London venue. The legs were early Sunday morning and Sunday evening. Marco's replies to booking enquiries were quick and helpful with all prices clearly laid out. Both drivers were prompt, kept in touch to let us know their progress before pick up and assisted with loading and unloading. Far easier than hiring a van for jobs in central London.

Moving homes is supposed to be a stressful process but Samson and Mubarak made it so much easier for me and my partner. They were on time, friendly, considerate and very polite. They finished the job within the booked time and they made sure that no damage would happen to any piece of furniture we moved. Marco responded with a quote very promptly at my preferred time. Moving went very smoothly and took around the estimated time. I did book a transit van, but the driver arrived with a large moving truck because they were all busy. It still worked and I didn’t have to worry about fitting all my stuff in the van. Marco and his team were the best movers! Marco was so helpful from the first time I contacted him for a quote, and the movers on the day were fantastic. When the driver showed up it was a size bigger truck than I asked for - but at the lower price. The guy who helped us was very friendly, service minded, careful and extremely quick and we had moved everything out in half an hour. Drove to our new flat and unloaded everything quickly. This is an excellent company, highly recommended. After submitting a request for a quote online the company was very quick to call me for more details and provided a competitive quote. The driver was on time for pick up and helped load and unload. My desk wouldn't fit inside my room so Yunas (?) had a tool box and dismanted the legs with his tool box and then reassembled it for me once in my room!! excellent service indeed.

WOW! I was so stressed by the short notice move, but your lad turned up, bang on 2pm, found really good parking (under the gaze of the parking enforcer - nothing fazed your guy), loaded my things into the van in double quick time, and then we were off across London. Same story unloading. He was lightning fast. I’ve been able to unpack & reassemble my furniture already (4:05pm). Will definitely use again.

Despite 10 hours of moving on a Sunday, the guys were great - diligent, careful with handling all items, maintained a positive / helpful attitude, and NEVER once complained with the number of boxes or odd shaped furniture (which required being taken apart to get through doors)! The guys arrived 10mins early, we had an issue with access so they had to lug our stuff further than we had hoped but they didn't bat an eyelid! So efficient, strong, fast and friendly. Transparent pricing from the beginning. The guys that showed up were Fabio, Joey & Sampson- they were punctual, polite and carefull when loading. I had some furtniture that had to be dissassembled before removing and they helped at the last minute. We went over time but it wasnt an issue as I booked the completion package which is handy for the unexpected when in a chain.

I booked Finest Man Van on the Tuesday and they moved my entire flat belongings on the Wednesday into my new flat in brilliant time. Had a 1 bed flat that was pretty cluttered and move from Peckham to Croydon. The guys that came and picked up our stuff were 5 mins early and sorted everything super fast and professionally. That asked us what needed taking (and when arriving) where it needed to be put. The price and quality of their service was immense. I would 100% use these guys again.

We moved to our new flat with these guys in March 2021. They are simply amazing. All our furniture was moved very carefully, but also they were crazy fast, I could not believe how quickly they managed to put everything into the car and then in the new flat. Syrus was incredible from beginning to end. Our two bed flat move from floor 1 to a 3rd floor flat took two hours start to finish. He made the morning as stress free and smooth as it could have went. We called the team with around 24 hours notice, they were great at working with us to get a slot and keep us updated if anything changed (someone cancelled so were able to come earlier). The 2 guys who did the removals were fantastic, very thoughtful and professional. Would 100% recommend, can’t fault them and price was also very reasonable.

I booked these guys at 18h15 after being let down by Any Van. They had someone with me within 30 minutes. The driver was lovely and the price was actually cheaper than Any Van. Having also used Yellow Van in the past two weeks, I can say without a doubt that London's Finest Man and Van is indeed the finest!!! Will never use anyone else!

I couldn't recommend London’s Finest Man with a Van enough, they were incredible- so careful with my belongings and super speedy. Joey & Flavio are master movers and were so professional and considerate- they dismantled and put together my furniture at the other end in lightning speed. Lovely guys. Five star service.

Honestly I usually don’t leave reviews but their services was amazing so I decided to share my experience. The driver Henock was very helpful and friendly and call me to let me know he will arrive early but said he will simply let me the time to be ready. The Van was huge and safe. I highly recommend their services.

This is the second time I have used Finest Man and Van. Rafael and Fabio were amazing, on time, polite, extremely fast at moving all our stuff. They moved an entire three bedroom house from London to West Sussex in just over three hours! I cannot recommend this company enough, and a great price as well! Thankyou

Good price, very easy to deal with, two men worked incredibly hard, up three flights of stairs, non-stop, were friendly and professional, were flexible with extra requests on the day, were able to put up and down furniture and the company was very straight forward and easy to deal with, with short notice.
