worst company to deal with, i ordered a phone two months ago and still haven't gotten it yet. I followed up last month and they reassured me everything was going to taken care of in 2 business days, still nothing. this guy i spent an hour on the phone with right now said the phone was going to be charged full price despite me ordering it with a contract. he also left me on mute for over a half hour and then hung up because he accidentally took me off mute and got nervous when i said hello. i worked for this company for over 5 years and all my friends and family are with them but thats it. i will make it my personal goal to move everyone i know somewhere else and will post this all over social media.

i need to thank Gladwin Ravindra for going above and beyond in helping my brother (a slow learner) with replacing his flip phone with a new flip phone. For the patience that you showed and also taking the time to show him how his new phone works. thank you so much for adding some contacts to his list since he did not know how, all this while being on the phone with me the entire time you had my brother at your pop up store at Fairview Shopping Center in Pointe Claire this is what i call outstanding service. So thank you very much for taking good care of my brother.

Tyler at the Fido upstairs is the WORST employee ever! From the moment we showed him a deal on our phone, he told us that we had to pay him a service fee and just stood there. Seeing that he wouldn't budge, we tried to buy the phone online ourselves and pick it up with him, which was impossible because he didn't want to do it at the counter. He just said "I can't do anything since you're just doing it by yourself on your phone". He didn't even try to do it at the counter when we showed him the plan! WORST attitude, WORST experience purchasing a phone plan.

They got an answer script for every question and argument you throw at them .. I try buying a phone for my niece and the sale reps try pushing me to get a contract with them, I just want to buy the phone upfront.. They wouldn't stop arguing with me to buy into the contract.. Very disappointed that I had to argue with them for something simple. never facing them in person.

I got my samsung 5s august 2016 and had to change the battery last jan 2017. I complained and didnt get any solution. I tried and had to cancel my plan and they charge me $240, and the phone is useless and not working. They dont service you at all, or care after the point of selling, they are just looking to make money and that is all. This is fido for two times. GL

Fido pointe Claire is an alright cell service. I mean it’s sad to see a lot of Canadian having to pay monthly but it’s part of Rogers. Some of the employees are kind and polite. They will help you as best as they can. They just need to improve on their plans and make sure it’s affordable. I hope they can improve on everything and important issues.

love the workers. I only go when Micaldo is working. He s knowledgeable to show and answer all my needs to understand my questions. I wish you could have more workers like that . He was amazing at public mobile. The store is clean space is a bonus. There advitisement is good " But you have to read clear of the 2yrs term.

I highly recommend a worker that is in Fair view Pointe Clair mall, his name is Zac. I got a problem recently with my bill but he solved it as soon as possible. It’s really nice when you have a sales person and a customer servive like him, he’s professional, dedicated and helpful person.

I don't know why this guy got a bad review. I got there this morning to pickup a phone I ordered online and the service was 5 stars.no issues. After 10 all was done.
