"Great shop"
"I’m so glad I found this place"
"Bob was great! I haven't owned a bike in about 10 years, so it was intimidating going into a shop to get mine assembled and ask a bunch of beginner questions I'd forgotten the answers to"
"Do not come here, this place is a ripoff and terrible service, i bought a bike lock and the next day it wasn't working, the key wouldn't unlock, i checked the websites and it said the keys would be old(new lock)"
"Overpriced and bad service"
Great shop. I purchased a couple bikes through an online site for me and my wife and I wanted to get them tuned. I found this shop and took the bikes there after looking over the bikes the owner told me the bikes were in perfect condition and didnt charge me even though I was willing to pay something because of the time wasted.
I’m so glad I found this place. Paul and his team are amazing people with a gold hands! For sure: you will get a great service, your bike will be fixed and your pocket won’t rip off. You won’t be overcharged (like at other places). Love it!
Bob was great! I haven't owned a bike in about 10 years, so it was intimidating going into a shop to get mine assembled and ask a bunch of beginner questions I'd forgotten the answers to. Bob answered my questions with no judgement at all,

Overpriced and bad service. Tried going multiple times, always felt like I got massively overcharged compared to others. They didnt even catch a giant piece of metal stuck in my brake for a 40$ tuneup. Try somewhere else. However, the few
A year ago I went to roys bike shop on coney is ave and brought my mountain bike to fix it , they told me its going to cost you $270 .. I gave up , I thought I t was too expensive .. about a month a go I checked my bike online , I saw it
I just recently got a bike and needed a helmet. I found Ferrara Cycle Shop and decided to see if they have any. They had a helmet for me. A few days later, I realized that my brakes were not working properly. I went to another store and
AVOID AT ALL COST. Horrible, nasty people. Biked over a pothole popped both of my tubes and my handlebar became undone. Told me the wait time was 45 minutes when no one was even at the shop. I told them no thank you but asked them for a
Excellent place to fix bikes. Bob and his son Bob are nice people, know their craft, prices are fair. They treat you like family. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to be treated like a human being.
Avoid this place. The man knows nothing about bikes, he ended up breaking my back gear to be able to remove the wheel lock (I forgot to hand him the key) HE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT BIKES RIGHT? Horrible place.
Went there to fix a tire, two days later. Tire flats again. Have to pay again to fix it, but not in this shop. Poor service and dishonest, be extra careful if you have to receive service there.
It was unforgettable experience ,when I came to this bike store. The owner("old man") is a pleasure to deal with. His son(bike mechanic),in 1 hour, transformed my road bike into gravel bike.
The owner is a nice guy. However, he was not good at indexing my gears. He also is not the fastest worker. I went to another bike shop and they took care of it within a few minutes.
Avoid at all cost!!! I came here to remove Campy crankset from Serotta Titanium Frame. I could not believe my ears. First the owner (OLD dude) told me to leave the bike for 2 hours
This place is a joke!!! The old fart that works there does not know anything about bikes! I've been there three times. First time I came to install pedalls onto my road
I have been going there since I was young always fixed my bike Bobby Ferrara is the best bike shop in Brooklyn NY fast friendly personalized service
I brought a brand new bike to the shop for basic tune up. The owner seems friendly, but the work he did was totally ridiculous.
The best bike shop around, really knows his stuff-a pro. Half the price of other places, highly recommended!
Best place! Go there for all my bike repairs, very friendly, helpful, and affordable
Great bike shop. Owner and his son are really nice and honest people
