Fenwicks has been the most excellent and professional property agent I have ever met. Very friendly people and they definitely care about their tenants whereby they offer prompted helps throughout the leasing period whenever necessary. Having just recently concluded our lease through Fenwicks, we have been through the entire rental process with the agency. Our experience has been positive from beginning to end. I rented through Fenwick Real Estate for 3 years, only leaving because I moved interstate. When I return to Adelaide I will certainly look to rent through them again. Inspections were worked around my schedule (shift worker) and any concerns or maintenance issues I had were addessed quickly and professionally. I would have no qualms about using their services as either an owner or renter in the future.

I was a tenant under this agency, and never had any issues during my lease. Staff was fast to assist with any help or send for repairs needed around the property. All very friendly too. Only small issue was our bond refund was slow to process, but it was around Christmas time so its sort of understandable. Would definitely rent with these guys again if I had a choice :)
