I started the application process to open the account even before a month.Me and my colleague started the process at the same time and he got it processed correctly in a timely manner. I have been running behind this for about weeks. We are living in a era where all the banks will do the necessary processes for the customers in 10 mins (like opening the account,clearing the cheques,activating the account etc). So the overall performance and the outcome is tending me to rethink about the NRI account in the FEDERAL BANK.

Very bad customer service, I have requested for a help in generating an account statement which was not available online. They were unable to generate the same, not just that the person who attended the call was not willing to spare few minutes while I logging in to my account. He also mentioned their main function is to get new account opening. Anyhow really disappointing service.

Very poor experience while purchasing a high paid product in Muscat by POS transaction... Lost around 3.5% rate of the product. Before purchasing we contacted federal bank and they said they will not charge any additional amount while purchasing by POS and other any type transactions... Be careful... their next prey will be you...

Very difficult to answer the calls especially on saturdays , mainly due to less number of staffs , but other than all staff are friendly and easy to open NRE account meantime all other banks are giving 1000 minimum balance NRE accounts includes all the same benefits but Fedaral bank starting with 5000 RS minimum.

I have. Bad experience with federalbank NRI service. Am started a new NRI account before one month that time I didn't get Emirates I'd so they sed me to active account while get the id now I got the id nd am call to the manager but no response. Am paid 25 dhrs for my account what to do??

I have submitted my documents to open NRI account on August 30th till now I didn't get any updates 4 times I contact they are not responding properly,they are asking the staff name, to whom I submitted documents very bad experience I will not recommend this bank to my frnds and family

We visited branch but office is closed.. Ok.. our duty timing in ramadan 9 to 3 and your office timing is 9 to 3.. how we can meet you... Sunday off.. normal days, your office timing up to 5 .. same to us.. advice me at what time we can meet up to you.. on duty, how it is possible..

I had a very bad experience with federal bank mangers in Dubai.I tried to call them every day minimum 10 times, they never pick call, when they pick call they said they are busy right that moment.
