I have visited salon today after contacting them thrice. They have sent me the package. I had a clear talk on call. They have told 2183 after discount for Package 4. Before I take service today when again I discussed they were saying for this package it would be 3800. I didn't wanted to make nuisance. So, I have not taken package instead taken Hair spa, waxing, threading separately. Two of them did the service. Threading, who had done, after the service she didn't even clean it. The removal hair was just there near my neck. The one who did rest of the service for 2.5 hours: She has to be definitely get trained again how to deal with customers and to smile while doing service. Not Satisfied with the staffs. After the service when am asking again how much should I pay again she is saying extra amount. When I said the other one has told less then she reduced. That is really fine if they charge according to service but I found the staffs are confused when customer asks the service charge and they tell more amount to the customer and make us also confused. I actually forgot to ask their names. There wasn't fan when she was doing hair spa When I asked can you please get me the stand fan of possible she just didn't even respond, went inside took the fan and she had on it. She has to learn how to talk with customer. I would honestly recommend not to visit as my experience was not so up to the mark.

Great Pedicure for the price you pay, also good head massage, Although the facial is more pressure points oriented and not massage oriented so that is one thing I would like to improve on. Hair cut is good. The best thing is they are pocket friendly and worst thing is they don’t have fans in the right places or AC so you would sweat out while a facial or a pedicure. They try to accommodate with the standing fan that they have, poor thing it is not of much help. One more point to consider is upper back massage is not included in the facial.

I can't rave enough about the facial and waxing i had today, I'm beyond satisfied with the service provided by all the staff, they did an amazing job on my facial and waxing, very good communication they informed me of each an every product that was used. My skin felt great after and there was no negative reaction, I'm really very happy with the result. I will highly recommend everyone to visit this salon, I'm definitely coming back again. I did global hair colour and keratin treatment, Satisfied with the service..my stylist Alice gave all the knowledge required for my hair and was through out patient with a smiling face. She also explained the tips and tricks how to maintain the texture and smoothness intact for my hair. This was my first visit and I am all set to keep fashoinic salon & spa ❤❤

There is something about VeiLiu- relaxed, detailed, precise with his skill- that both me and my son love to have our haircut. Like a true Naga, he is always at ease.
