Horrible shop, I just left from there. The shopkeepers attitude stinks, he wouldn’t serve me because I’m 18. He made up new laws as he was speaking, saying he only serves 19-21+. But when I was 16 he served me without asking for ID, 2 years later now I don’t reach the age limit

If I could share 0 stars I would. Topped up my gas here with cash only to find there was no amount of money on it when I put it into my meter. Went to the shop with the receipt to show they've taken my money and yet nothing is on the card.

The worst customer service I've came across. I came in and paid for a £10 Oyster card top-up but when I went to use the bus service, it came up that the card didn't have any money on it. They had scammed me, took my money and didn't top up

They didn't accept my parcel and it was sent back to IKEA. Why is this place listed as DPD pickup when they don't accept the parcels? Now IKEA has cancelled my entire order. What a headache. Very frustrating.

Terrible for deliveries. They sent my parcel back when It stated I had another three days to collect. I tried calling them the next day to pick up but no answer
