Fabulous experience! I've just returned from an amazing solo trip, 3 weeks in Turkey organised by Marcus of Fairy Chimneys Travel. As this was a last minute decision, there was limited time. Upon an initial discussion with Marcus on a Friday afternoon, who is very knowledgeable on all things Turkish, I was most impressed to receive a suggested itinerary, flights, tours and hotel suggestions by Monday. The itinerary was fabulous, a mixture of sightseeing, tours, some private others in a small group, mixed with leisure, and free days across multiple locations, which included internal flights. One of the many highlights was staying in a cave hotel in Cappadocia and taking a breathtaking balloon flight, plus a wonderful 5 days spent in Bodrum at the beautiful Titanic Hotel. The Instanbul representative Ibrahim was also outstanding, he was very attentive, keeping in constant contact regarding pick ups, drop offs, checking in internal flights and also ensuring I had arrived safely at each destination, which made me feel I was not entirely alone. From start to finish the holiday worked like clockwork without any hiccups, Many thanks again Fairy Chimneys for this unforgettable experience.

My experience with this company has been absolutely fantastic! After going back and forth with several change requests, my consultant remained very professional and patient with me. Before I was recommended to try Fairy Chimney, I tried 2 other well known travel agencies who a) never responded to my initial query, b) after following up, still never got back to me despite saying they would , c) eventually one of them told me that I would need to pay a consultation fee to receive a quote but still never got back to me with a quote. Fairy Chimney’s turn around was pretty much always within a day-and I had a big trip with a few countries and dates that needed to be worked around. He never showed any annoyance and just kept coming back with options. My consultant explained everything in such good detail using language that I would understand as I had some complicated travel arrangement requests…anyway, the list goes on but he was truly great, with the quickest turn around, best service and best prices. I have already recommend him to 4 of our friends-will never use another agent from now on. Thanks heaps FC, I would have black listed me after all my requests!

We have purchased our family flight tickets for couple of times from Fairchimney Travel. They are very experienced in all areas of their work. When we were traveling to our destination we wanted to stay over at an other country for couple days. They arranged all our hotel, as foreigners to the country. They guarded us by maping out where to go in the airport where to go on our transfer buses. They acted if we were their family I recommend anyone who what’s to travel overseas. Fair Chimneys were a great help when we had to evacuate a family member from Ukraine - the owner Marcus took personal attention of the matter and booked her on one of the last flights out of nearby Chisinau, Moldova to Australia before the Australian Government deadline. He also helped us arrange Wheelchair access for the family member and supported us in arranging for her to travel with non-standard paperwork. Highly recommended.
