Tried this place out due to their advertising of the first trial Porefessional Cleanse treatment. Left the place pretty satisfied with a clean and fresh face. The 3 stars is due to an issue with the hard selling that my friend and I had to unfortunately experience. We were told to do the skin analysis thing before the facial. After this test however they seem to insist that our faces needed the more expensive facials, to which we said no thanks, but kept having to repeat our no as they didn’t seem to want to accept it. We stood firm on our decision to have the facial we came for. Halfway through the facial, I could still hear the therapist through the curtain partitioning trying to hard sell more treatments to my friend, who had to repeat the no thanks during the facial. Overall the facial was nice and satisfying especially with the extractions. However it wasn’t as relaxing as we had hoped due to the awkwardness and discomfort with having to keep saying no. I hope FaceBar does not put future clients through this and respects boundaries, and I hope future clients don’t feel pressured into saying yes to things they don’t want.

Beautician is friendly and the facial results are painless. No push sales or package needed. But the second time I visited was different than the first time despite buying the same facial service. The second time they did not ask me to change clothes and directly start the facial, I started feeling a bit hot and uncomfortableOverheard the beautician explained to the next room’s customer (who has the same doubt) saying that we need to topup only have massage + required to change clothes. Overall, it is still a very good and affordable facial salon.

Karen from face bar served me and I love her service! Very gentle , polite & respectful. Even though I arrived late but she still made me feel very welcome and warm. - she clean all the black heads & pimple on my face and was very detailed ! She took her time to do it. No rush at all. - when she did my massage it was very comfortable. I fell into deep sleep very soon. And I love it. Overall, highly recommended as Karen doesn’t hard sell me but she still take time to go through the new menu that they have. Very very affordable and it works !

Beauticians are friendly, however, i don't get what is the purpose for me to make appointment as everytime when i arrived at appointment time, they made me to wait for at least 20-40 mins. Ask how long i will need to wait but they just told me the room all full. Told customer not to be late for more than 10 mins or else appointment will be cancel automatically, but the shop themselves always be late. If you got many time to waste you can try to make appointment with this shop. But no next time for me.

Candice, a friendly FaceBar worker who provide a nice service to me. However, the sound of the machine is quite annoying, the sound insulation of room is also bad. Mostly use machine to clean blackheads. I still can feel pains and my face left redness after facial completed. Not match as ads in XHS. I take the recommended plan "celeoprata cleanse无暇透亮无痛水光针" rm259 (first trial). Overall i think 5 star for worker's service, 3 star for the facial. No next time for me

I am not sure why and how Face Bar deserve 4-5 stars. Perhaps all are paid reviews. Or maybe those reviewers have face prob. Can't they even feel that there is something wrong after doing facial here? This is the WORST facial shop that I have ever been to. With the same price, u can definitely enjoy better service at any other facial shop. Don't waste money and spoil your pretty face here. After having treatment here, I need to revive my face at other place.

I did facial with them, they do sell you stuff but not hard sell if you say no they will just leave it which is nice. I just did my facial with sandy yesterday, and she is really good and patience and gentle. She has been working there for 3 years. And she takes her time with you as in clean every area thoroughly and massages it thoroughly you won’t feel she is just trying to get it over with

Staff are always gentle and incredibly friendly. They answer to all my questions too. Love the technology they’re using which make them different from others. FaceBar brings the same results but a significant reduced level of pain. I have been visiting there every month since august 2020. Update 2023** Still coming back here! Karen is amazing and is very good at what she does.

Decided to write a month after my visit. I had an acne on my forehead before doing my facial with them. Without informing or asking me, the staff popped the acne and leaving a HUGE red bump on my forehead. Ok fine, I applied my acne cream and the bump lessens BUT the redness is still there until NOW! 1 month! They have caused a damage to surrounding skin! Very UNSKILLED!

Very good service with reasonable price. The facial consultant there is good and patience in explaining the treatments and they will suggest you to choose the treatment based on your current skin condition. No push sale here and the way of facial and massage from the beautician is skillful and professional as well. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Did the mesoneedle therapy which is as advertised - painlesss. Katie was professional and provided great care for my skin during the entire process. Face felt much more nourished and hydrated after the facial. Fairly satisfied and highly recommended since prices are ridiculously affordable for the quality of service provided.
