Worst service. Never ever try with this store. I have given a blazer for washing on 24th Aug . They said they will deliver on Sunday (27th Aug). When I visited shop was closed. When called they said will deliver on Monday(28th Aug). When Called on Monday, they said not ready will deliver on Tuesday(29th Aug). Finally got it on Tuesday 29th Aug. They have washed away good big button and stitched some non-matching button which is kind of looking odd with other buttons in the blazer. They are not ready to accept that it is their issue. Also they claimed that there were damages in the coat already hence delay but the Quality Control team sent me photos which didn't had any damage. So they are simply lying. Store person doesn't know where was the damage and where they have stitched. Also QC approval was supposed to be done by Customer but Store person themself have went ahead and approved it. This will hint me that the damage have happened during the washing and hence they didn't shared the photos of the damage with the customer and they have asked store person to approve it. They are not only accepting the delay as well as damage done by them and not ready to compensate as I have to spend extra money to change the button. Never ever try with this store and service

I had given my top for darning. But never got it back. They initially said they had kept it somewhere due to audit and they need time to look for it. I have visited them mutliple times and each time they give the same excuse about the audit. Today I called them , and now they are claiming they have returned it already to me, which I haven't. They have no intentions for compensating , just lies and excuses. Horrible service. Never using their service again.

Very worst service I had given my silk saree for dryclean they have not at all drycleaned my saree , i have also raised the complaint , and gave the same saree for drycleaning second time but it is of no use they just did the same thing , the stains were even more this time . Horrible service Not worth for money they take .

Great service done by Fabricspa. Gave my blanket and floor mats for wash, it has come back fresh, clean and great smelling. Will use their services again for sure.
