The rooms were stinking of cigarettes smoke . My elderly father in law and mother in law were so uncomfortable that we had to leave the rooms and book another hotel nearby. All my money went in vain. My wife's room's bathroom was not clean. Very poor ventilation . I am deeply unsatisfied with the service. The hotel staff too didn't help much . The fab9 customer service too did not help.

Rooms are not clean and had bad smell of cigarettes. Rooms also lack ventilation. Bathrooms too were not cleaned properly

I was there in the Property for a couple of hours. Property is good. Staff is cooperative I ordered Tea and Cheese Sandwich (Tea was Okayish But Sandwich was Fresh and healthy. Room was Big and spacious and well cleaned I giving 3 Stars to Room Because: 1. Walls had paint coming out of it. Need Renovation. 2. Quilt provided was not clean (I could see stains on it). Overall Experience was Good, I would rate it 3.5 Out of 5.

Very bad experience, I suggest you that please don't book this hotel. very rude behaviour of staff, you will be ask for full payment at time of check in. then you can't go anywhere. very bad room service if order for any food you should wait minimum 1 hour. and fooding is too much expensive. bedsheet and towels were dirty. If ask to change they will not exchange. basically it's a cheap Oyo hotel type.

I loved the property! I stayed here for 9 days and I must say, it was wonderful stay. A speci thanks to Mr.Sohaib who helped me and made sure I got a room with balcony. The balcony, location room size is absolutely more than perfect at this price! I got it for Rs.1500 AI. The bathroom is quite big and equipped with big geyser, the bed is super comfortable and the staff co-operative. Certainly will recommend.

Location is good but if you request them to give you a room with a window. They'll ask for 500 rs more which I don't think is fair. One more thing is that they told you that the outside food is not allowed(except Domino's) and you can order from there kitchen but there prices are high and they are also very average in taste and sometimes the options are also very limited.

Room walls have DIMAK on them. Bed spring was broken. Gates are broken too. Too much noise if you have room near reception. The girl sitting on reception is shouting too loudly, that her sound can reach on first floor rooms. Only the location was good otherwise won't recommend stay to anyone here.

Services was very very poor, need to recheck amount tally before paying for food. Rooms without windows is a punishment for the person staying in. After our visit, we realised we over paid for thr property. Food was okay. Hard water in shower.

All good, stay was good. However, some feedback to improve. Rooms could have been more cleaner to attract less mosquitos. Lifts had some smell issues. No bath accessories/ towels provided so had to use mine.
