Experience was good. Due to lockdown I was unable to visit the store and I request them to send me pictures of bouquet to be selected, they sent and also did some modifications as requested. But it was disappointing as recieve defective flowers in the bunch. When I notified the same I got no response. So would recommend not to buy online better visit the store n buy. As yougyou should get satisfactory product for the amount paid.

Horrible when it comes to service in paanchpakhadi Thane..I get my Ganpti work done since years wid fern n petals dis was d only time I tried dis guys...n I compelled to say dat it's d worst service we ever got. .over 3hours of continuous calling n false promises..we r not given any service

Good experience with staff...friendly n helpful. Both fresh n fake flowars available and they can make arrengements also on request. Variety is little less but maybe due to chaturthi. Fresh roses, orchids etc found here
