My initial experience during the trial at this facility was quite challenging. I had anticipated participating in a swimming class and even purchased a swimming cap at the reception. Unfortunately, I found myself unable to enter the pool due to a lack of information about the specific type of fabric required for swimwear. I was wearing cotton, which was prohibited, resulted in a complete restriction from entering the pool, leading to a loss of both money and time. Despite my request for a refund for the swimming cap, which I no longer intended to use due to diminished interest in the pool/swimming classes, the initial denial was disheartening and lacked the expected consideration. Expressing the need for consideration given the lack of information about the required swimwear, my initial request for a refund was turned down. This felt particularly disappointing, as it represented the smallest gesture of consideration in light of the situation. Feeling upset, I decided to avail myself of their promotional offer, which included a hammam with a 30-minute massage. However, I was disappointed to find that I did not receive the promised 30-minute massage even after paying for the service. Despite bringing this concern to the staff's attention, I was ignored, and I was told that they had no information about the matter. Consequently, I informed them of my decision not to pursue a membership and expressed my intention not to return. It was only at this point that they reconsidered and decided to refund my money. However, the disappointment persisted, as it seemed prompted by the potential loss of a premium membership sale, rather than a genuine acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the lack of information on their end. Despite subsequent apologies from the staff, accompanied by offers of complimentary classes and pool access, my interest in the premium membership with pool access had waned. However, I appreciated the staff's persistence in making amends, and as a result, I opted for the basic membership instead.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to offer guidance and encouragement. Mitch and Ella are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. But what truly sets this gym apart is my training sessions with Rania. She's a trainer who's not only skilled but also motivating. Rania pushes me to my limits, and I've seen remarkable progress in my strength and endurance since I started training with her. Her dedication to helping me reach my fitness goals is truly commendable.

Best gym ever,very clean and well equipped, they have everything,swimming pool,gym,massage,spa,very professional and friendly staff,specially coach mercy she is the best she is very professional skilled and caring,coach rania and lax are great and sweet too, i have also done my hair with the stylist heba and a hot stone massage with the specialist audrey in their saloon they are very professional and the result was amazing ,best services ever,i highly recommend it.

This was my first time at FITSOCIAL! I used the wonderfully relaxing and refreshing pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. And got a manicure and pedicure at their salon. The staff was so thorough and professional and made excellent recommendations for my nails. My feet and hands look lovely after their service! Felt so pampered and refreshed:)

Its been a great experience with fit social gym .The facilility of flexible timings for group classes is amazing .The great thing is that all facilities are being provided at one spot .so someday if u don't want to do exercise u can join aqua aerobics or Yoga .Its great to be fit and active .
