A seemingly homeless man wanted to purchase a chocolate milk, he did not have the coins to purchase it but I walked up to the counter and paid for it $5.95 and I told the staff member it was for the man. The man had walked away looking for something cheaper. He returned to the counter with a chocolate bar and I witnessed the staff member place the milk I had paid for, for the man behind the counter. The man then left the store. I walked up to the counter to then purchase a water and the staff member said or did nothing. I witnessed him take my money, take away the purchased item for the man and pretend nothing happened. Disgusting behaviour.
The shop attendant had his phone on speaker and was talking really loudly the whole time we were there. We chose our icecreams and even when he was scanning them he was conversing with someone loudly in another language. Never seen such a disregard for basic customer service protocol
I bought a milk from there and it wasn't even cold. Also the guy behind the counter took a phone call instead of serving me. Never going back
