Great company, great experience! Being from the construction industry myself I’m very skeptical of contractors. Most say one thing and do another or want to overcharge so much that it’s ridiculous. I did my research before calling any contractors to see what I thought a new roof should cost. You have to think of the cost of: removing of old roofing material, disposal of old roofing material (not regular trash), new materials and labor. I called 3 companies for quotes, 2 companies physically came out and one just used Google not take measurements. In the end Exxpress Roofing came in right about what I thought the roof would cost. From the initial meet and great, Mr. Gonzales and his son Arnold were a delight to deal with. For me, the most important thing between the owner and contractor is communication and Exxpress roofing was on it. Every move they made, I knew about it. Their team of mean made sure to let me know when they would arrive in the morning and the expected time they would be leaving. Issues were found with my roof, one I wasn’t expecting but glad they let me know. I was always invited to see the issues and pictures were taken. The crew took 2 full days (7am-5pm) and that’s with the several pieces of plywood that needed to be changed. I highly recommend Exxpress for any of your roofing needs. They were always on hand ready to answer questions and to keep me informed of every step that was being taken to complete the job. His crew were also very friendly, respectful , efficient and very knowledgeable in finding solutions to existing problems that I was having with my roof. We experienced a roof leak. Express Roofing came out quickly and were very professional in their service. The owner or supervisor was on top of the job and came back to make sure the job was done right. We just experienced our first rain, and no problems.
