Jadira is a life savior to the Extra Space Team. I am truly thankful, she was so nice and helpful in giving me advice in regards to how to get my unit out of foreclosure with her help I was able to save all my items from the auction. Very courteous, very professional staff.Always greet customers wit a pleasant smile and attitude. Staff creates a welcoming atmosphere in which as customer it is always a pleasure to come to storage space. Also cameras are always been monitored which give peace of mind regarding security. EXCELLENT STAFF!!!

Shaquan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service. He escorted to look at the available units and was able to refer me to the correct size to fit all my items. As promised unit was swept and available to me on move in day. Jadira and Ann was helpful and confirmed that unit met expectations.

I just rented a storage here and the process was smooth and easy. There was a great deal on the storage size I needed. Anne has been extremely helpful. She provides great customer service and went out of her way to ensure that my transition into this new storage was great experience.

Came in today and got a 10x15 unit. Shaquan and the front desk workers are helpful and very professonal. The prices were better here than the other location and they were able to refer me to the nearby truck rental where I can recieve a $50 credit when I rent the truck.

Experience was great. Overall anne was amazing. She actually helped me picked out a better unit which was more comfortable for me and the space that i needed for what i am storing. What i love the most was her smile. Just had to put that in there. :)

I came in confused and lost about the entire process. Ann was very helpful and explained everything step by step!! Such a great employee, and very friendly. Changed my entire outlook on Life Storage will definitely be back again, Thank you Ann!

Wouldn’t recommend. After Life Storage took over Clutter they increased the storage rate of your monthly bill + $100. Not even a year later here comes another up charge of $30, as if the space of the unit is increasing as well?

Thanks to Shaquan I was able to move all my stuff into storage today I just closed on a new house and needed a unit nearby the house he was very knowledgeable on what storage I’ll need and the essentials to protect what I’m storing.

I’m big on cleanliness and the unit I purchased today was in broom swept condition, Shaquan showed me various units but ultimately he helped me pick one close to the elevator since I’m going to be at the storage facility weekly.

I'm so happy that there is new management at this location the ambiance is inviting the staff is polite and the property is definitely cleaner I use to be a clutter tenant and compared to then and now is amazing thank jadira

It's worth it to spend more money at another location. This place constantly changes owners, increasing monthly rate and the staff is less than friendly, that's if you can find someone.
