Ishmael was late for the appointment that he confirmed with me. He didn’t give me a heads up. I had to call him to confirm he was still coming. He got to my place to make 3 keys for 2 cars. Sounds like he was giving me a good deal. He proceeds to attempt the first car. Said he wasn’t comfortable doing it because of the his equipping was stating potential immobilization. So no key for that car. 2nd car he said he wasn’t feeling well with his blood pressure. His sister came down to give his medication. I offered him water. Said he was ok. Proceeded to continue working on my car. Then he said he needed a break. I asked again, “Can you finish the job because I have things I need to do. I’m not trying to be a ‘euphemism,’ but I need to get this done.” He said, “You are being (said euphemism).” I said something along the lines of, “I have things to do. I’ll have to reach out to another locksmith. I’m sorry I’m not empathetic to your condition now. I have things I need to do still.” He replied, “Now I’m gonna charge you this this and this.” I said, “You didn’t do anything. I’m not paying for anything.” Now I’m concerned he’ll cut a key and get my car stolen. And the only reason I need a locksmith is because I got my bag stolen with my keys, clothes, headphones, etc. Just my story.

I can’t recommend Ishmael enough! I was in a potentially dangerous situation - I lost my car key on a hike miles from cell service. I was alone and very scared that no one would come help me due to how far I was from town. I’m not sure how I got so lucky as to call Express Mobile Locksmith. Not only did he help me with my car, he made sure I was safe and reassured me that I wasn’t going to be left stranded for hours in the middle of nowhere. He went above and beyond to help me. He is reliable, trustworthy, and he charges a very reasonable rate. He stands behind his work and he cares about the job he does. There’s not a lot of people like him and I feel very lucky to have met him. If you want a locksmith that will help you with whatever you need that you can trust and will charge you a very fair price, this is the guy!

Express Mobile Locksmith certainly gave me 100% customer satisfaction. I called to get an estimate for a keyless remote for a Lexus. They scheduled me on the weekend, they are convenient enough that they will come to you ( i love that), saves a lot of time. My appointment was pushed back but that was no biggie to me. When Alex arrived, he was professional, adhered to covid rules with a mask, was ready to make the key as I went back in my home & wanted for his phone call when the key is finished. Half hour later, he calls, is done and had us try out the keyless remote & its function. Everything worked like a charm for a fraction of the price if I was to take it to a lexus dealership. Alex has to come back to fix something else for me but otherwise, 5 star service & satisfaction!!!

Ismheal Is amazing, after a terrible experience with a locksmith the day before he came over the next morning immediately to assist me, he was able to get me the correct key fob programmed to my car with all of the buttons working, the other locksmith set off my antitheft system and could not program a key fob because he was trying to program the wrong key with the wrong FCC. Ismheal Is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing, not to mention his price was significantly lower than the quote that I got from the other locksmith which was $590. Ismheal Charged me $280, I can’t recommend him enough. Do not go to 24/7 Supertech locksmith.

It is important for me to leave this review, because in moments like these most people have no idea who to call on, you're searching Google like I did looking for whose closest or whatever. So let me help out - the service experience here was perfect! I wasn’t locked out thankfully but still, I swear the gentleman came within 15 mins of me calling! Came fast, worked fast in making 2 new car keys. Reasonably priced too. Couldn't have asked for anything else. I'd call this company first before calling anyone else. They deserve more than 5 stars. I locked my house and car keys in my home and called so many locksmiths until I got to Ishmael. He was so nice and caring and so much more affordable than any of the other companies. Nathan, the technician, got here so fast and let me in within minutes. He gave me some safety tips to prevent future lock-outs and was very nice and personable. I’ve saved Express Mobile Locksmith in my phone and my map favorites in case anyone ever needs help. The 24 hours is what got me. Locked my keys in the truck on accident and this company sent a driver in 5 minutes. Took a minute to open my truck and I was on my way. Employee was friendly. All around excellent & reliable service. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for everything !!

Guy came all the way out 20 miles out of town on a Friday night to lake mead to help me out and cut a key in the dark. Really saved me . Can’t recommend the service enough. Was quick and efficient . Also gave me a discount on the keys that I needed. 10/10 .

This guy tried to rip me off and charge me $200-$250 since it was an “emergency service”, because I locked my self out my car while it was running. He didn’t charge me night time price, $95, and instead gave me a break with the regular $85 charge.

Locked my keys in the car and after many failed attempts, I decided to call around for a locksmith. This locksmith was super nice and had very prompt service, within 10 minutes he was here and unlocked our car! Highly recommend!
