Call someone else. Shop around before having these pirates show up at your place. I live 2.6 miles away from them. It was the afternoon and not the middle of the night, he opened my door in approximately 30 to 45 seconds and I was charged $220!!!! There was clearly nothing complicated about it and he even said kwikset is quick and easy. I was also told it would take about 20 or 30 minutes, but it was about an hour. When I was told it was another 10 minutes and he will be there, it was actually about another 25 or 30. Clearly there was no long-distance to travel or anyting complicated about my lock, they just take advantage of someone when they are down. The world has enough money grubbing people that don't care about anyone... Only. It's companies like this that are ruining this country and my faith in mankind. Don't waste your time or money on these so-called people they don't care about you or your bad situation, and they are not here to make it right, you are just a bill that needs to be paid. They are truly bad people and please, call someone else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The whole experience was horrible. I called because my key broke. He called and said he would be there at 11. I took my break at work and called him he changed it and said he would be there in 20 minutes. When he got to where I was he quoted me over 300 but I the phone they said the trip was 25 and keys start at 75. Of course I don’t have a choice I have to do it or I’m stuck. I stood outside with him for an hour and he couldn’t get it to work, he brought the wrong computer to Complete it. So the job is halfway done and when I drove home yesterday my key was stuck in the ignition. I called the man and told him. He said he would call me back. That was 6:10 pm on April 11. It is now 10:56 pm on April 12 and I’m still waiting on my call and still not able to get the key out. I wasted money, lost money from lot working and will have to spend more money to fix whatever he messed up. Don’t use these people!

Caveat Emptor. I was drawn in by the $10 service charge and good reviews. I was quoted $10 plus the actual expense/labor, which prices started at $25. I was told the tech would give me a final estimate when he arrived. Seemed reasonable. Tech showed up within the hour. He took one look at it (standard interior commercial office door with lever handle pin type lock) and quoted me $239. I said no way. He negotiated asking how much would I be willing to pay. I told him $10 plus the $25. He said no, that no locksmith would do that. Long story short, we ended up at $100 negotiated price. It took him less than 15 seconds with a bump key and a screwdriver to open the door. Obviously he was an expert and he opened my door. However, I don't feel good about the experience. I wish I had made a few more calls or watched a few more YouTube videos about lock picking.

Same as everyone else. Told $19 fee plus charge starting at $25. Then was told it would take about 20min to arrive. Tech showed up an hour later and said it would be $225!! I said I'd just figure something else out and he negotiated it down to $125. It is incredibly misleading to say prices start at $25 when you already know I need you to open my home's front door and it's going to involve a deadbolt and/or a door handle lock. Let's be open and honest from the start. Don't say it starts at $25 when you know what I'm asking for to start with. Marketing, office, dispatch, etc get a 0 star from me. Dishonest, just downright dishonest. The tech that came out gets a 5 star though. He was fantastic, friendly, and worked quickly. Didn't catch his name, but he did a great job.

Here is my honest review. I left my keys inside my truck , I called and they came very fast, technician was friendly and courteous, he tried everything even called the supervisor but my truck has special lock and they couldn't unlock my door. Even the job was not successful they tried and were honest. I was charged even though they couldnt unlock my door and that's OK because they worked on my truck and did their best to open my truck (my truck has an special lock) For those complaining about the chargers the moment you called to request their services and they arrived at your location understand that's a "service call " and that is money. If they fixed your problem pay for the services , if something is not clear you can always ask how it works.

Scheduled this company to come to my home to help install a new door locks. They were there promptly. However when they arrived they gave me some hugely inflated price. When I told them I was not interested in paying such a high price for something they said would only take a few minutes, they started haggling with me. When I told them I was not comfortable with this process they asked me to pay them a $10 service charge. They never said anything about the $10 service charge when I called them. I told him I was not comfortable paying for a $10 service charge when all they did was come to my house for 2 minutes and basically give me a fraudulent price and then try to haggle me. The service person was upset and use the f-word at me.

BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS; I locked myself out of my office and waited about 30 mins for the locksmith to arrive which was pretty swift. I chose this company because it advertised that it started off at $25, when I asked about this advertisement, the locksmith stated that the $25 is the travel charge. I was originally quoted at $185 for the job but I told him that I couldn’t afford that. He asked me, “What are you willing to pay?” I was able to haggle to $81 including tax. He tried to get me to pay $100, but that was more than what I had available. They can get the job done, but please be aware of being stuck with a huge charge in a vulnerable position.

$220 to open my ajar door. Response time was good. Got to me in about 20 minutes. However, BEWARE on the cost. My tundra door was ajar already I just didn't catch the door quick enough behind me. My charge breakdown for 3-4 minutes it took to open my truck door: - Unlock truck: $100 - Tools and labor: $95 - Trip charge: $25 Total of: $220 Plus tax because I couldn't (I did not want to) run it through Venmo or Cash App. I should have read the reviews. I did ask before he came out what an estimate would be. He said $25 for the trip and $35+ to open the door. I would say that's not a fair representation as they knew the make and model of my truck.

I arrived home to find them at my home things inside became crazy so I ran to the door asking him to call 911 he did nothing and even set my car alarm off and he still did nothing. I asked several times but he did nothing. Anything could have been going on but he did NOTHING. I explained I didn’t have the phone. Their poor service and lack of common respect. Not sure if he was just going along with the man of the house, but things got physical where I felt I need help. The police finally came and he acted as if all was fine until he was questioned about it. ONLY use them if all that matters is getting a key. Not for common decency of a life.

When I called I explained that the dead bolt was stuck in our back door and we couldn’t remove it to replace it. Online it said $15 and on the phone I was not given a quote. The guy arrived 20 + minutes later than they said he would. He was literally there for 30 seconds, barely did anything and we were charged $125. I knew it would be more than $15 but not $125...He literally turned the deadbolt and got it open but then explained how we “could’ve just done it ourselves” but we still owe $125 because it’s a door. None of this makes sense to me. Overpriced and unprofessional.

I think I was ripped off, (some random work teuck that looked very sketchy not a company truck) I was charged $277 to get my truck unlocked. And there were two seperate charges on my credit cards at the time they tried to run my debit they said it wasn't them, when it specifically said invoice charge. I think they hire 3rd party scammers. But first time experience I was charged $80 to open a different truck same technique different guy (a guy in the company truck) which was a very great experience.

Good service, called to inquire about cost to unlock a vehicle after locking keys in my car at work on my lunch break. Quoted the $20.00 trip charge and said the locksmith would let me know charge to unlock car after seeing car before unlocking. Great response - call back to let me know it would be 15 min. arrival time and called when arriving. Failed to mention tools charge. When the nice gentleman gave me the price and I could not pay that, the price was negotiated. I would recommend them.

How are you going to say $60 on the phone to get keys out of a locked car and then charge $185 when you get there . “Ma’am it’s a $60 labor fee, $90 for the specific lock” & what the other $ added on was just because You want to ? It took less than a minute for them to open the lock too. Do not recommend at all! If I could give zero stars I would ! This company does not deserve to be rated 4 stars . This person could not open the door in the professional way and he broke my door. Doing a little research, this company Doesn't exit an office, it works only through telephone calls providing home services. This company is a fraud and you cannot trust them. Check the website, the address does not exist and the telephone numbers are telemarketing. I have a police report.The good thing is that I have cameras where I live around, inside and outside.
