Such a disappointing Experience, the car itself was mostly fine, but the dramas we had were very disappointing and we wont ever be hiring from here again. Firstly they cancelled our booking date even though we had locked it in months in advance for a specific date, then they were half an hour late to meet us to pick it up and no one called to advise us, we had to call them to see what was going on. They were not able to offer full no-fault and at-fault insurance cover, then the car went into shutdown for about 30 minutes and we couldn't work out why, I messaged and asked for help on what the dashboard was saying, but the man didnt know either, I goggled what it meant and attempted to change the setting on the dash incase I had bumped something by accident but to no avail, I then turned the car on and about 10 times before it reset itself. After dropping the car off and them not meeting us on handover ( we had to leave keys at a hotel reception that they don't even work out of), they charged us $2.80 per km in excess mileage ( we were 100km over daily rate of 150km - that's hard when you live 90ks away and you rent a car for a "Sunday Drive" as its a nice car to go driving in as an experience, were we supposed to drive it home and look at it for 24 hours??) ) which almost doubled the cost of the rental, they knew we lived 45km's each way from the pick up point as we had advised at time of rental, yet they conviently didn't mention anything in regard to this at time of pick up, ridculous EXCESS charges when we handed the car back, then on top of all that they promised the boss would call to discuss and no one ever has, then I checked my credit card statement a few days later and they charged us $3720 EXTRA instead of $280....Now I am waiting for my credit card to be credited before I put in a fradulent claim. Never ever again, terrible service, excessive charges and no following up with customers when we approached them as we were unhappy.

Hired the all black mustang for the weekend, called Zesh last Friday afternoon and he made it happened on the Saturday morning. He was quick and efficient with communication, paper works and the delivery from Brisbane to Surfers. He made it very convenient for us and he was willing to go the extra mile to pick up the car at the airport with a little extra charge. I highly recommend him. Will come back for the Hurrican next time we visit!!!

I was very happy and impressed with the service I have received from ECT. A big thanks Zeshan who was very polite, friendly and professional . The vehicles are gorgeous and immaculate inside and outside. I cannot fault the whole process and will certainly recommend their service and will not hesitate to use it in the future if needed.

ECT are very friendly and understanding. They are passionate about education especially STEM and I am very grateful that they decided to sponsor our F1 in Schools team. We were driven to QUT for our competition in one of their luxury Mercedes-Benz. Thanks once again to Zeshan, compassion and empathy is all you get from these fellas.

Terrible customer service, have tried to talk to someone about bookings for a good 4 weeks and no one is ever available. Always in a meeting or on another phone call. Was supposed to send me a confirmation link regarding my booking, however they did not follow through, and with no explanation. Would not recommend at all.

Very poor customer service, impolite and unhelpful staff. The car I hired had 4 scratches on the front left tyre rim on the day of hire. So much for pristine condition. Better to hire from a mainstream car rental company.
