First time using this facility great idea was able to leave luggage for 3 hrs to have a look at the German Market first gentleman very polite and really nice here comes the but... When I went back to collect my luggage it was a different guy snatched the ticket from then said "pay" when asked how much was it 15 was the reply no please thank you I would use this service again but if this chap is working I will take his name hence only 3 star....

Fui el dia 2 de enero a primera hora de la mañana junto a mi pareja y dos familiares más a dejar 4 maletas. Nos atendió un hombre de color de 2 metros de alto de muy malas maneras, pateó nuestras maletas en nuestra cara y nos miraba desafiante, tirando las maletas al suelo en lugar de soltarlas suavemente. Nos sentimos realmente incómodos. No recomiendo este servicio a nadie, o al menos que la empresa se encargue de echar a esta persona.

I arrived to deposit my bag well before 7am when this servixe says they are open and whatcdo i get a rubbish service as clearly no one could be bothered to turn up for work today. Will not be using this service again. Had to struggle with case all the way to work at coventry and saved myself £9.00 fee. You have lost a customer in not working to advertised times.

The morning shift person was extremely rude and unhelpful with all customers, except with his friends. On the other hand late shift representative was super helpful and friendly. Is not like there are many options around so just be aware

The team is very kind and very supportive. I lost my bag and was told its kept at Birmingham New street Left Baggage. and When I called them I found it was kept safely. Thank you.

This company also handles lost property and I recently lost my phone at the station. They could not have been more helpful and it was much appreciated.

Good friendly service, just what we needed meant we could take a tour around Brum without dragging our cases about, 3 cases for 3 hours around £26.

The guy who works there was super rude. With others too. He should be more appreciated having a job after such a tough time.

There was a rude employee who didn't serve customers on a first come first served basis. It was random.

A remarkably overcomplicated, incompetent and overpriced operation. Find elsewhere.
