I paid twice to have the same switch replaced which failed both times after 3 and 4 uses. After the 2nd time I rang up and said I wasnt paying for the 3rd one, I shouldnt have even paid for the 2nd, he got very angry with me and said to bring the car in and leave it there for a few days, (not a day but A FEW) but there was NO guarantee on the switches so I would probably have to pay again. Id say the switch wasnt the reason it wasnt working but hey I'm no mechanic! Lets just put another 10 in and see if it works!

I took my car to a different mechanic that told me the engine was finished and that it was 3k for a new one, Took it for a second opinion to these guys at excel auto and they found the problem and repaired it (thermostat) car is purring and running fine now, Chris is a absolute legend and very honest guy and explained everything to me in words I could understand highly highly recommend these guys I will be taking my car and all my family members car here in the future thanks again mate very happy

Bought my 2016 kia in after partial engine failure. I spoke to both owners over the few days and they gave me the bad new i needed a new engine. they helped me find close buy mechanics and other options before i picked up my car. After not taking any of my money and referring me to places to get the work done, they called me after the weekend to tell me about a class action against KIA and my car was apart of it. Above and beyond customer service, i would recommend this business to anyone

Came in to get what I thought was a tyre alignment issue checked and the guy who served me, unfortunately didn't get his name, was so lovely and kind. He thoroughly gave it a test drive, explained what might’ve gone wrong and tweaked the tyre pressure to help out with my issue. Didn't charge me and gave me a 100/10 customer service!! Took my 2021 Honda civic there for a logbook service and they went above and beyond. Oil and air filters changed, Even rotated my tires. Ended up cheaper than service with Honda. Vic was a champion. Very friendly, honest and prompt. Shop is a 10min walk from Cranbourne park shopping centre can walk over there while you wait. Dropped car off at 8am got the call from Vic to pick it up at 9:30. Highly recommend.

Best mechanics in town, had my timing belt done rear breaks and a major service, car is running terrific , a whole overall inspection in a written report and what may need doing nxt, they keep my holden Astra, in A running condition, recomend highly!!!
