My youngest brother is getting married and they wanted to have a personalized wedding ring that represents their personality (both are engineers). I have reached out to Eva Gems and spoke to Joy Mamiya. She was very professional and helpful with suggestions. The bespoke rings design is based on the gold one but we requested for it to be in white gold. As you can see, even it's just a rough for now and still needs polishing and finishing - they have captured the details very well! We couldn't be more pleased! They were also very patient as we get the sizes for my brother and his fiance who is based in the Philippines. They have been proactively communicating and even calling me directly in Oman so they can be sure that the sizes are right and they do it right the first time. Rarely you can find a company as thorough as this one. Highly recommended and for sure when I can travel to Dubai again, I will visit their place and purchase a couple of trinkets.

Recently I have received the diamond ring in Romania, and I would like to say that Danny from Eva gems was 100% supportive and he assisted me during entire process. We got out wedding bands here. I was delighted at first as they can do bespoke. After recieving the ring, one of the diamonds fell out. After returning the ring to be fixed, it was fixed incorrectly and aligned incorrectly. I was not happy and returned it. They remade the ring and after 2/3 weeks of wearing, the diamond has fallen out again. At this stage I have asked for a refund and apparently it is not their policy. Pros: selection / bespoke / location / customer service in the shop Cons: after sales customer service / sustainable craftsmanship / policy I generally do not post but I am frustrated and upset at this situation.

Danny was amazingly patient, helpful and nothing wad too much trouble. Once we had decided on the diamond he had it set in a design of our choice and then delivered to our hotel 24 hours later. He even arranged for some other items to be cleaned. I’d give 10 stars if that was an option…
