First time at European Wax. Had a really pleasant experience from the greeter to the Waxer Chloe. The greeter was very friendly and inviting when I walked in. My Wax Lady Chloe was awesome, she made me feel soo comfortable and she was quick. Making the experience very smooth. Definitely made my next appointment before I left.

Since moving to Jacksonville 1.5 years ago, the esthetician I had on this visit is someone I have been looking for that was as good as the one I had for 4 years in Nashville. She is amazing. Pricing is within an average range. The only thing I wouldn’t give them 5 stars is do the inconsistency of their marketing in store. They want to sell you on a monthly plan, but they don’t have an actual pamphlet with the pricing for each
