I had a bad experience at this place. I came in to get a wash blow dry and flat iron. I have thick hair. She shampooed it fine. But when came to blow dry it she didnt put any product in it and it became very dry. It started making elastic sounds when she pulled on peices. She did a terrible job blow drying it the roots were still curly. I thought she would fix it when she would straighten but her flat ironing job was just as bad. My hair was extremley dry she didnt put any product in it and not even a heat protectent spray. In the end my hair my was so dry and my roots still curly! Would she walk out like that? Then her co worker whispers take extra money because that took long. Something im completley used to because my hair is curly. They charged me $80. When i complained to the manager she brushed it off and said next time come with your hair already shampooed and blow dryed and we will flat iron it for you. A really ridiculous thing to say because i can just go get it all done at another place. It was a terrible job and they weren't sympathetic ay all.

It was my first time at this place. It was very clean and sanitized. The lady named Samantha was very friendly she greeted me when I walked in and asked for my appointment and then we started. A lady named TERI or Terry was my hair stylist. Teri shampooed my hair and then gave me very nice haircut. Very unique and at first I was like its out of my comfort zone but honestly it looks so cute and very different. I feel like a completely different person. And the price range is very good. They use very good quality products. The customer service is amazing. They make you feel very comfortable and chat with you while doing hair. Overall very good experience. Was recommended by my friend. And definitely going back. Thankyou team

Bought an expensive voucher for several laser hair removal sessions, and in the span of time I was going to the salon, their technician quit. Management said they would reimburse clients over the next month. I followed up a month later, asking when I would be reimbursed my $250, and they changed their story, saying that they would not reimburse me. I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and they could not even reach the owners. Shady people don't deserve business!

Iv had highlights put in my hair once just to try it out and they came out pretty good and lasted quite a while. Haircut was also pretty good, I do agree that they sometimes cut your hair quick, but so far I havent had a bad hair cut, and I like my hair in between long and short so its not like they are just shaving my head, attention to detail was definitely taken into consideration. I'd go and I recommend this place to my friends.

My family has been going here for around 15 years now. Their massive expansion is evidence to how excellent their service is. Sometimes the cuts are a bit off but that really depends on the person and on the day they're having. Then again I can only speak for men's cuts, I know they pay extreme attention to women's cuts and I have never seen a bad woman's cut walk out of there. In sum, the best place in Nepean to get your haircut.

Went there for my first post covid haircut and it was my first time being here. I brought my 2 nephews and absolutely loved what they did! The boys got new hair styles and got exactly what they wanted and so did I! I didn't catch the name of my stylist but she was young pretty and blond. I'll definitely come back. Price was totally reasonable too! $72 tax in (not including tip)

About one month ago, I went to EFH&S with a friend and the two young ladies (I unfortunately forget their names) who did our pedicures did absolutely fantastic work! They were friendly, professional and fun too. I fully recommend this place (I believe there was a change in the staff... which might explain previous bad reviews). I would go back anytime!

I really recommend Claudia but everyone is lovely. Very clean and bright. Prices are reasonable and I am always happy with the work they do. The waiting area is a good size and they offer you tea/coffee/water which is a nice touch. Love the scalp massages too!

I was able to get in for a trim for my long hair style and Terri was very helpful, asked me throughout if I was happy with how much length she was cutting etc. She made me very comfortable and now my whole family sees her. Very happy with her!

After ten years of coming here, was seated and then asked to leave barber's chair for someone who had an appointment by the owner. Customer was seven minutes early for his appointment. Very rude. Will not be coming back.
