We ordered a VW Polo - Level car for 1 day (morning-evening). Car pick up was easy and fast, employer had great english skills and was really friendly. We even got a free car upgrade to a VW Passat and they allowed to return the car on the next day for no price change. The car was clean and fueled up. Got the deposit of 400€ fully back.

Great dealing with these guys. English is good and very helpful. The cars are out back of Amberton hotel, actual shop front is to the left of the hotel a few metres down the street. Can hire a WiFi hotspot!

Amazing customer service by Klaipeda office! Mistakenly got charged for a full tank even though we yanked before delivering the car. The issue was resolved quickly and we got our money back.
