DO NOT COME HERE FOR TOUCHLESS CAR WASH. Jesus where do I start. I came in asking for touch-less car wash (apparently they have both). After waiting 40mins in line o drive up and the screen is broken. I press Help button 6 times until the guy finally answers. I explain that it’s broken and I need to choose touchless, and I can’t even put my code in. He’s like ok and hangs up. I call again and ask so what do I do, he’s like just go in. I explain that I can’t coz I need to pick touchless on the screen first, I have a film on a car that absolutely cannot have brushes going over it. He says yeah I know just go in. I went in and what do you think - of course it starts the non-touchless car wash. I go in to speak with the guy and he just doesn’t get it and tells me that I should have chosen touchless on the screen. Bruh. He said that in response to my “screen didn’t work, it was broken”. Last thing he said to me “your car will be fine, it’s very gentle”. Wow, just wow. My dog understands me better than this guy.

Horrible place to grab gas, it’s constantly busy and everyone going in/out is always in a rush and tempers flair there 24/7, getting in/out of there is a nightmare especially if you have to exit onto Carlaw during the day (can only go right until 6:30) and the condition of Carlaw is embarrassing. If you have a really nice vehicle or your car rises low to the ground avoid this place because your car will be forever grateful! Also due to the Portland’s project dump trucks are EVERYWHERE thus the conditions of the roads are like I said embarrassing with potholes and dips everywhere. The Tim Hortons staff are typical there but at least the service is quick.

So called luxury car wash it a total rip-off. No undercarriage spray. ONLY ONE high pressure cycle. It is a joke. The "luxurious tri foam" product doesn't even cover 50% of the car surface and is washed away milli seconds after. Useless. My car was left with sand and dust on the bumpers. I am convinced the wash cycle has been programmed to be as short as possible, regardless of the result, so they can accommodate a maximum of cars as soon as possible. Leave your car under the next heavy thunderstorm, result will be similar...and will save you $15 and minutes of queuing... Should be out of business or discounted 70%

I had a very bad customer service experience here they have a coupon and deal to redeem 10,000 PC optimum points and I have over 100,000 and I came to get a free car wash for 10,000 PC optimum points but for some reason it wasn’t working and I had Rick just driven 15 minutes from downtown Toronto to come here and I called five gas stations to find out which one had a car wash so I can redeem this offer and the guy at the front desk absolutely didn’t help me at all it was a very bad experience I came here at 7 AM on a Thursday morning

I come here to gas because it's the nearest esso to my home. They have the worest car wash (only rinse once for their luxury wash, others rinse twice) sometimes the Tri soap only have 2 colours, and when u exit the garage after drying, the rolling door would drip a lot of water to make your car wet again. Also, their gas machine hardly read your points card, and if you prepaid inside first, the pump would not working properly. Don't come here to gas unless u have no choice

Worst gas station in Toronto. Prince, the attendant behind the counter gave me the wrong product, didnt notice until I got i to my car because the packaging has changed and is all similar now. Denied till he died, refused to give me the right product or my money back. Prince is a terrible employee, rude, unreasonable and down right un friendly. The bathroom is also always a complete disaster. Go to another gas station, this one is not worth your time, or money.

The owner of this gas station is apparently complaining about cars leaving the station from the left (apparently this bothers the trucks). 8:00am, I didn’t see the sign, I turned left, there was no cars in Carlaw Ave. Five minutes later, driving on the Ave I was pulled over by the police because the owner of the gas station CALLED THE COPS (police officer told me)!! So, you spend money in their business, and they called the cops on you... for a $110 fine.

I’ve been here a few times and will only return if last resort. - had to prepay @ pump (may not apply for all pumps, but didn’t notice any clear indication otherwise). - car wash costs (posted clearly): - basic 9.99, - mid 11.99, - ‘supreme’ 13.99 - Add $3.00 on any of abovementioned if you do not buy gas (Not posted anywhere that I saw. Cashier told me). - car wash does mediocre job.

Not sure why everyone is bashing their car wash, it's pretty standard. I went to wash my car today and it was fine, pretty standard touchless car wash that is on par with other Esso car washes that I've been to. Had the pre-soak foam, triple foam, two rinses, one drip rinse and blow dry. On a Wed afternoon the wait time was about 10 minutes and each wash was about 4-5 minutes.

The 1 star is for PC Optimum points and convenience of location (although ALWAYS busy and cops are always on the lookout to make a buck from people who turn left coming out onto Carlaw, which is a ridiculous restriction), BUT the car wash is absolutely useless and they don't have a tap function to pay at the pump. All gas stations should offer this payment method nowadays.

Clean, fast and lots of options. Very consistent to the brand I recommend this so if you're trying to be quick trying to get gas the prices are a little bit higher than the normal esso in the area so I would try to be a little bit smart when planning ahead if this is your go to so I would not doubt it because I believe you would think this is your go to esso

You have to press the most expensive (I think $21) option for a real car wash that is not touchless and will actually take care of all sides and angles of the car with the scrubbers. The tri colour soap was fun and smelled good too. Line moved quickly and no need to add any further extras. Car went in covered in mud and came out perfectly clean.

The carwash is useless, left streaks of dirt on the sides of the car. Didn’t dry the car properly as well. The tyre inflator did not work either, it didn’t accept the card and when I used a coin nothing happened, the person at the counter was least bothered and didn’t offer any help when I approached him. Avoid this place if possible.

Every single Saturday at 7pm all the pumps are unavailable for some reason due to the cashier saying there is a shift change. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get gas because I was on empty. Seems a little suspicious that this happens at the same time every single week. Counted about 20 vehicles that were turned away because of this.

Review is for the car wash. It's just a spray car wash. And doesn't get ur vehicle clean enough. My car wasn't even fully dirty. After the wash... Rims are still dirty. Body of car is cleaner but everything is not cleaned. Remains of a bird dropping on wind screen are not clean. It's just a spray wash. No scrubbing things.

This is our regular gas station. Normally the guys at the counter are nice. At times aggressive drivers entering from the Lake Shore entry drive fast towards inside - this may cause accidents. Possibly some strategically positioned mirrors can help the vehicle movement within the gas station complex.

The car wash is a complete joke and a rip-off. Calling it a wash is ridiculous as all it does is spray pre-soak on the car with barely a rinse for $13!! When brought to the attention of the clerk he simply suggested the premium wash instead of the quick wash. Avoid this place.

I have used my Debit card on this gas station. After this there were unknown transactions under my account. Use machine inside. People who work here may be don’t know about this situation but there has station’s pump machine has some issue.

This being the only car wash downtown, off lakeshore, the premium wash is a ripeoff. The undercarriage was has been broken for the past 6 months and they don't care to fix it. It also doesn't was it twice like it's supposed to.

The staff there seems as if they are afraid of everyone who enters. I pray nothing traumatic has occurred there. I've never seen a staff member there who displayed any sort of assertiveness. Rather surprising.

Every other Esso station allows you to pay for the car wash at the wash entrance, but this Esso doesnt. You have to go inside the store to purchase the wash. Very inconvenient, especially during the pandemic.

Good, it was a clean and tidy place with very friendly service. There is also a Tim horton's inside. And it's very close to woodbine beach! And there are two public washrooms. But you'll have to wait in line.

Do Not Bother With this Car Wash. Went thru twice with a $18 wash. Soap, no wheel or under wash even tho it's paid for, literally 3 minutes of nothing. Much better no touch washes around. Don't even bother.

Great if you are desperate for gas and want to pay about 5 cents / L more on average. The circus parking lot is always fun to navigate because people are inside at the time Horton tables having lunch.

This gas station isn't very good anymore. You use to be able to wash your windows when you pumped your gas but now the squeegee water is never refilled and it's always full of garbage.

As gas stations go this one has it all. Car wash, modern pumps, store and of course the all important Tim Hortons kiosk. The washroom is even clean. And it is very convenient.

Generally a little more expensive cause it's just off the highway but very convenient location. Tim Hortons line is usually super long though is recommend the drive thru.

This Esso station is always busy and the wait to pay for gas is always really long but on the other hand it does have a Tim Hortons which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Has the slowest and oldest car wash in north America. I was fifth in line for the car wash and took 35 mins to get my car in.
