Staff seems to be very rude. Specially a lady name Foram is very rude. I get basic car wash everytime and it never has been a problem but last night i went there to get my car washed and apperantly it didnt wash well so i went back and asked for re wash and check my car the lady ( foram ) replied that this is what you get in basic car wash buy the superior wash if you need you car clean and spotless. WELL that doesnt seem right to me . If thats the case have only one car wash option open . AND BASIC CAR WAS IS ACTUALY EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER LOCATION I paid around 12 dollar for regualr car wash and plus that dirty looks and attitude in return. Thanks But management needs to take some serious action in order to gain repetaed customer .

Unfortunately I've had nearly all annoying experiences here. Pump payment malfunctions far more often than not, and that's for or five different ones. Staff are not helpful and management doesn't care. That's just the fuel. Their carwash doesn't work well and they refuse to service it or give refunds or replacement vouchers. Unfortunately, I live close so end up using more often than they deserve. Minimum fuel always, to get me to someplace else. Updated a year and a half later, pumps still not fixed, and never signs up telling you which problems at which pumps. Every other Esso I've ever used is good and reasonable - and that's a lot.

Nice station with usually competitive petrol prices, but the touchless wash is terrible. Doesn't even run for 5 minutes and fails to rinse away soap properly. I feel ripped off even when using my points. The machine is new so they must have set the timers super short to save a few bucks. The pioneer coin wash down the street is a better value especially when this location has a huge lineup.

Had been to the carwash here yesterday, Sorry to say but it was terrible. My car was dirty and paid in cash fir a quick wash and looks like my 15$ went down the drain. Looked like the car had a shower and came out without using the towel. Please do not waste your money going here people. Hope this review helps someone atleast. Thanks. I wrote my original review one year ago. The pumps were slow then. Today (11/01/19) is probably the slowest they have ever been. Deduct one star for not solving this problem. Oh, and still no tap to pay. Original review: Lots of pumps, but boy, are these the slowest gas pumps around. Be prepared to stand around for a while. No tap to pay.

I was at the carwash and my code didn't work. The attendant said I had made a mistake typing it in and that I would have to pay again. I refused and asked to be let out (I was stuck in between the carwash and cars waiting behind me). He wouldn't let me out of line. I had to pay again just to be able to leave. It was an awful experience.

Always had no issues here, great car wash, pumps are good. What did it though was a couple months ago i was wrongly accused and credit card fraud and they were more than willing to send me the pictures from their cameras to clear my name, the manager even texted every one I asked for and then some. The owner up here is just plain rude. Not enough parking on site and if you do find one, he is more than happy to threaten to call the cops on you for parking illegally? How? There is no No-parking signs here. Also the fuel price is not the cheapest in the locality.. go to husky down the road.

Don’t like how they always seem to be shutting their pumps off during busy times, have had to go elsewhere many times because of this, not sure if they are changing prices or what, but the timing they choose is ridiculous.

The person on the counter closes the restroom everyday and say its out of order . Why dont u shut the gas station. The city ahould take a strict action against the owner and this property. …

Pretty nice, price is reasonable. Was 159 yesterday when I went. It's nice that you can clean your car too while getting gas.

The worse gas station ever untrained stuff unprofessional they don’t don’t know nothing about customer service

Nice station. Well lit, lots of pumps available. Tims driveway is convenient and usually not too busy

This place as the most expensive premium gas in Ontario. They charge 1.97 while costco is 1.79.

Selection and deals on both Monsters and Gatorade not the best, at least on this day!
