I use Yodel often and most of the time I arrive at the collection point they refuse to take my parcels as they say that either their device doesn't work, they didn't restart their device, the parcel is too big (which is false since the size/weight never crosses the limit) or they'll always find other reasons in order to avoid taking my parcels. I find this very tiring and frustrating as my next nearest collection drop off point is further away. This isn't the only problem I have faced at this collection point. The customer service at this collection point is ridiculous. When their device finally works and when it is finally my turn to be served after queuing up and waiting, I am asked to move onto the side and wait until the customers behind me in the line are served. It is frustrating to be treated this way just because I'm trying to send a parcel.

Useless. A complete waste of time. Staff can't be bothered to help with anything that involves sending/receiving parcels. I collected a parcel today that had some contents missing. Someone had opened the box to steal the stuff inside and the guy didn't even try to help. What is the point of being a "Yodel collection/drop off point" if they don't want to do it!?!? For the last 18 months I've been getting the same comment when I tried to drop a parcel: "we can't do it. The machine is not working", or "sorry, the printer is not working"....I can understand it doesn't work every so often, but not every time for 18 months. Guys, if you're not happy working there, get a job somewhere else. I will escalate the issue with Yodel and will try to find out who's responsible for my stolen items.

It's a petrol station...what can you really say about it? diesel & petrol prices are still too high as we all know, but that's the same everywhere...though in this instance, I only went in to use the car wash as I couldn't be arsed to do it by hand. The car wash process was easy, but rather mediocre in results, not that I expected much beforehand...however the car was still cleaner when I drove out than it was when it went in. Would be nice if they put the car wash price list on their website though.

Bought the highest tier for car wash but it didn't really clean the vehicle that well. Water pressure was not strong enough to even push leaves from the body. The brushes didn't reach the full length of windows or side mirrors. The tier had wax in it but never saw that at all. Went to complain after and was told that wax and dry is combined that I have never heard of. Not going there in future and do not recommend.

I'm a regular customer since ages , this includes the whole of my family I have reduced the rating from 5 to 1. I won't go into details but will only advise not to use the car wash and do not try to complain. I will raise this to the management /Customer service and see their response. I hope they will listen. Please bear in mind staff on duty was not rude. .

I went to the petrol station time was around 11:10 at midnight, the light and everything was turn on, I got very little fuel and the station person refused to give the access to the fuel and he told it’s closed at 11 when I checked there official website it’s say 11:30 pm, I requested him, and showed the timing too kindly update your time, thanks you

The man at till didn't even let me take the fuel receipt. Put it straight in the bin. Also he added the charity to the amount without even asking me... He was doing that to all transaction... Not good customer service. Never visiting again.... Sales person was a guy with beard and pony tail....

One of my go-to Essos as it's easy to get to, always quiet (or just by coincidence) and it's cheaper for diesel than any other Essos around the area. The mobile QR feature to fill and pay works just fine as I didn't have any issues.

The staff here seem to be on a personal mission to upset as many customers as they can, rude doesn't even scratch the surface. They do however have an excellent car wash and for that reason only I will keep returning.

Very helpful cashier. He explained to me about the vecume cleaner. Very pleased with the result. I told him that I will come again to use the vacume cleaner and wash the car as well. ⛽ is higher than Tesco.

I used for Amazon locker, plenty of car park space they have car wash good place for park and use amazone lock and cash ATM . I think they have other collect locker as well. …

Friendly service. Didn't fill up... Had a sick child, but they didn't mind having frantic Americans rushing around trying to get our child taken care of. Good on them.

Its a good Petrol station staff are friendly and helpful and as one of the few car washes around the area that actually works and cleans the car well.

First time in car wash it's rubbish I don't recommend it I have more soap in my shower blower is rubbish It couldn't blow a candle out

Filled up with Petrol which was cheaper than expected. Used the car wash on a basic wash - disappointed (there are other programs)

Fuel is available, 35£ limit which is good, staff is friendly and if you want a quick decent auto car wash it’s pretty reasonable

Not the cheapest station but it is placed right before entering the motorway. Staff was OK and I didn't have to wait long to pay.
