Upon walking into this place I was greeted by one very helpful Natalie, who offered to help me pick something out. Being a browser by nature and this my first time to this shop, I opted to look around. She did however very kindly entertain my side banter about the shop next door. This place is worth going through for the art and atmosphere alone, its like a mix of a greenhouse/art gallery. Everyone there was very charming and welcoming. They have a great selection and what appeared to be custom options as well. I eventually settled on this exquisite orchid. Once I had that Natalie really took it to another level by taking me through a wide selection of probably hundreds of unique pots until I found one that complimented the destination of this gift. Pot and orchid in hand she took me to the back where she tastefully dressed up the plant with well chosen wire that accents the color of the plant to keep it safe but also poised and on point. My only regret from the entire experience is having not dropped by sooner. I highly recommend it. Selection 10/10 Health and quality of the plants 10/10 Charming and Helpful People 11/10. I live in Rochester, NY and wanted to send my niece who lives in Utah a plant on her birthday. I of course waited until the last hour (literally) to order something. I went through the choices I had to pick from and thought that their website was the most inviting and it made me feel that this flower shop is more than just a flower shop. I felt like they are a family and work together as a team, so I chose them. I ordered it online which was soooo easy and they had it delivered within a couple hours to my niece. I received detailed emails throughout notifying me of my order, and when it was delivered. The plants were perfect and looked just like the picture on the website. You made this process so easy and I appreciate all the effort that was taken to help brighten my nieces day!

I placed an order with Especially For You in Salt Lake City from Washington state. The online ordering was very easy. The only thing that I would want is a larger selection of plants at that location. I had found one that I really wanted to send, but it wasn't available. But I got the notice that the plant I DID order was delivered. It would be great if the delivery person would ask the person receiving the item if they would consent to a photo to be sent to the one who sent the item. That would be so great to know if the one I sent this to liked it! I would use this florist again if I wanted to send another gift to someone in the Salt Lake City area.

I was an exhibitor at a student nurse convention at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City and wanted a nice but modest floral display for our booth. The exhibition company wanted an a lot of money (over $200). I found Especially For You online and saw their lovely floral options and placed my order. I was not able to be at our table when the flowers were delivered but Marci came through and was able to find her way through the event to deliver the most beautiful fresh flowers. Very impressed with their follow through and follow up. The flowers lasted the 3 days and we were so happy with Especially For You.

I ordered a fruit basket for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered at the school she’s a teacher. There were no pictures to look at, I was told they do the shopping the day of delivery. I could request fruit and they would do their best to get them. I asked for dried mango since my daughter loves them. My daughter sent me a picture of the basket. The basket was filled with all kinds of fruit including dried mango! It was placed in a beautiful basket. My daughter said everything was fresh and the basket was heavy. I saved their phone number and will use them again. Very happy!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother and when I called to place my order, the woman I spoke to was so kind and friendly. I never once felt like she was rushing me and that she wanted to get my order just right. The vase I wanted was not in stock so she said she'd find something as close as possible. And the arrangement designed by Cindy turned out absolutely beautiful!! My mother LOVED it and it really lifted her spirits which was very much needed. And delivery was amazingly quick too. I definitely will return to this shop for my future flower needs! ♥

I have been using Especially For You for years and they are the ONLY florist that I would ever recommend. Their attention to detail, gorgeous designs, and outstanding customer service is beyond what I have ever received from any other company! I was referred by a friend. The service was good, the person knowledgeable and friendly. This place does not have actual arrangements on display. Instead they take your order based on what you want to spend and create arrangements based on what they have on hand. The persons who received the flowers were very appreciative. The only drawback is that I was not able to see the arrangements. (I know I could have asked the recipients to send me pictures, but it seemed a little tacky to do so.)

We live in PA and wanted to order flowers for a college graduate in Salt Lake City. We called the shop and the young lady was so helpful. We ordered online and when they went to deliver the graduate wasn’t home so they called us to ask what we would like them to do. They left the flowers in a shady spot and the grad had a beautiful flower arrangement when she arrived home! In this day of technology it was wonderful to have two people to assure us the flowers were handled with care!

Delivery of the Beautiful plant to the Wells Fargo building was on time and easily ordered. I'll definitely be using them again for SLC deliveries!! ......... This is my 2nd review.... I decided at the last moment to send flowers to my girlfriend again, as she only works 2 days a week from the office. I cannot say enough good things about this florist. We needed two large sprays for our brother’s funeral on the day after Valentine’s Day. Marcy was so nice to take my number, on Valentine’s Day ( in the middle of getting 400 orders out), & call ME back first thing the next morning to take my order for THAT day. I live out of state and ordered flowers for my daughter who lives in Salt Lake City. The bouquet was easy to order and there was good communication throughout the process. However, I didn't get to see what they looked like. I appreciated getting a delivery confirmation. My daughter loved the flowers. The delivery fee was rather high. $17.95. I probably would have given a five-star rating had the delivery fee been more reasonable?

Ordered one of the paradise arrangements for delivery a couple weeks ago from Especially For You. I called with several questions and ended up ordering over the phone; the lady was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely kind and patient.
