SCAMMERS!! I bought a sweater as a Christmas gift a few days before Christmas. I went back on boxing day and found the exact same shift 50% off. The sales person told me I could bring back my receipt and get reimbursed the difference. When I went back, the store manager at Rockland, Albert, gave me every excuse in the book. He told me he was not allowed/able to do the price difference. I then said to him I want to return the sweater. He then had the nerve to tell me that, even though I have the receipt and proof I boughht it at 100$, he would only reimburse me 50$, hence the store wins 50$ (my 50$) and I am left with NO SHIRT and -50$, What the..?? After telling him that what he just told me made absolutely NO SENSE and that I told him I work in retail as well and NEVER have I heard about such a thing, he told me he was just an employee, began speaking to me rudely and told me if I had a problem to call the head office. Completely unprofessional, not a people's person and just a disgusting personality. Ernest, this man makes your brand and store look bad and if this is really your policy, then you are scammers! Worst experience ever and during the holidays! I will not be buying anything from your store in the future and rest assured, will tell everyone around me not to either. Very disappointed with the store manager and your customer service. I will be calling head office Wednesday morning!

Bonjour, hier mon copain et moi avons été magasiner a votre boutique du Centre Rockland. Habituellement nous allions a votre boutique du mail Champlain car nous avions notre conseiller vendeur préféré Younes Haroun. Toujours recu avec une grande politesse et gentillesse, sans oublier son professionnalisme nous n avons pas hesiter de le suivre au Centre Rockland. Nous avons été heureux d apprendre qu il etait devenu gérant de la boutique et croyons que cela etait bien mérité vu ces qualités et son grand potentiel pour une entreprise comme la votre. Nous avons ete agreablement surpris par la superficie et la présentation du magasin. Il est facile de reperer ce qui nous plait et ce que l on cherche. L' equipe était jovial et tres souriante ; prete  a nous offrir leur support. Nous avons senti que Younes possedait le magasin et qu il etait un chef d orchestre virtuose dans son nouvel environnement. Vraiment une belle équipe dans un beau magasin avec une ambiance tres jovial ,sympatique et détendue Bravo ! Jocelyn Bernard

My visit to Ernest Rockland was excellent, largely due to a gentleman named Raphael who assisted me from beginning to end. He has solid and actually knowledgable advice. He's not pushy, actually shows you items that are in your taste and correct size all the while being very sincere. If something didn't work, he understood right away without me having to voice my concern and made sure that I was satisfied. He helped me choose formal wear for an important event; I was very satisfied and was confident in his choices. Ernest management, please value your employees and keep people like Raphael happy and satisfied, and you'll continue to have happy and satisfied customers. Thanks Raphael again! We'll be back for sure to this location!

If I could give 6 stars I would! HUGE shoutout to Simon! Such professionalism, friendliness and overall amazing service. We came in for a full suit not really knowing in what direction to go and he helped us out with colour matching, style, sizes and much more! We ended up returning 1 week later to purchase 2 additional outfits for the same event and he once again helped us the entire time! Super patient, friendly and nice! I’d recommend this place and this sales associate to EVERYONE! And we’ll be back FOR SURE! Thank you Simon!

Visited this store several times in the past.The greeting I received tonight by Maria and Julie was just beyond exceptional. So professional, smiley and patient. Definitely recommend this store. Can’t wait to rock my new jacket and and socks. Thank you girls!!:)

Good sales price at end of January on suits. Store manager set me up for a while. Nice clothes. My girlfriend recommended that I go there. Good suggestion.
