They sold me fake Jordan 4 military shoes. I caught on went to over three stores to authenticate it before even wearing the shoes…all of which admitted they were a fake. I went over to the store to try and see what can be done the employee looked at it and it was clear he know they were fake. Still not willing to give us the refund we deserve or at least a pair of the actual real shoes. We had him take out a pair from there store of the same exact shoe and there were clear differences. The worker even admitted that he sees the differences but of course didn’t want to admit it was a replica. Later on after getting the box that was sold with the shoe having the Equivalence sticker on it to prove that this shoe was bought from their store…we were fully locked out of the store. The workers did not want to let us in, would not let us speak to the owner, and would not give us the owners information. So not okay. I will not let this go. Clearly you can tell the differences in other 4s we got to compare.

Wanted to share my thoughts about this place from a sellers point of view. In an era where a bunch of consignment shops are popping up and swiftly going out of business (god knows what happens to the shoes), Equvalence has been solid. They’ve been in the valley for way longer than these tik tok trend shops and the people working here are good folks. I decided to bring a big part of my collection to the store. The owner met me at the store and we went through the items one by one. He even gave me the assurance of seeing his insurance policy protecting my shoes. Their website is easy to navigate as a consigner and every Monday, I get a Zelle payment to my account if I’ve sold something in the prior week. Consignment fees are also very good in the market and they do a great job with social media and displaying your shoes, clothes, and accessories. Looking forward to continued selling with Equvalence

Well for starters the sign on the door says open Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday 12 p.m. to to 6 p.m. the phone number on there is not the right is that the correct number and then second of all I've been here since 11 and it is 12:30 and no one has come to open the door so why put an hour business if you're not going to be open

Sellers beware! Had a deal in place with Michael Cutidioc (one of the owners) and after apparently going to Sneaker Con and then vacation refused/respond to the deal agreed we agreed on. Fast forward a week later shoes dropped $200 and he stopped communication

Equvalence is my go-to sneaker store! The owners and their service is the best I’ve ever experienced. Amazing selection and better prices than the competition. I highly recommend coming in and checking this store out.

Save your money people they sold me fake retro shoes and they try a trick when you tell them they sell fake shoes they ask for a receipt knowing damn well they don’t even offer you one
