Feedback on 3 things 1. Unprofessional hairstylists (few): Dont get haircut done by master stylists. Okay, so they have 2 kinds of stylists: master (junior 700₹) and senior (the expert, 1200₹). They mean senior is the better one. I went for master BECAUSE the senior, Mr. Saurabh liked my existing style already and he said he would trim (Also, despite I was talking in hindi, he kept talking in english in fake accent). To which I thought, if only trim why not go for the junior one (whom they call master). Mr. Parvez, junior one messed up. First, did not talk or explain anything. Second, he attended some phone call for good time in between. Third and the worst, one side he kept layers, other side he did flat. Idk what he did. The way he handled my hair is the way I would handle thread and needle (which I am noob in). I am sorry both of you, but very disappointed. Next time if you are confused what to do with anyone’s hair just trim it proper atleast. Dont destroy it. Now if these two guys change their names at salon, the new customer is in trouble. 2. Waxing: Nirmala did a great job. Giver her Hike! 3. Receptionist: There is a guy. He asked me if all service was okay. I told him, not content with hair service. To which he replied, here is the bill… Lol, imagine. He surely wasnt listening. He had his script in mind or maybe he was bit rude. Dear owner, train them hospitality atleast. Thanks! Btw, in september I got haircut done by Say Cheeze Salon. Highly recommended. I dont remember the guy’s name though. Toodles!

EDITED REVIEW BELOW: Edit : As much I loved the services by the stylist, the front desk ladies are worst to deal with. I called them today for an appointment, the first lady hung up on me after giving me an alternative slot. I called back immediately, making changes in my calendar, to accommodate the alternate time, that's when some other lady answers and says there is no availability for the shared slot. Upon enquiring, why the previous slot was shared, she was clueless. Either one of the reception ladies were passing on flsde information, who h is definitely not customer centric. I wish I could give a neg rating for this behaviour. No matter how good your services are, if you do not have good people who frontends customers, you are bound not grow. I came to Enrich with no hope of reviving my damaged hair ( done by some other salon), literally every salon I went to get it repaired turned me down saying nothing can be done. I came here, had a consultation with Yeshi and "I kid you not, my hair was revived back to life". Yeshi was my saviour before my big day. He suggested the right treatment and products which made my hair come back to life.

I personally would recommend this Salon to everyone. They are great with hairs and the ambience is really nice, compared to all the other Enrich near by and the staff here are so patient and understanding. My personal favourite is Mercila and she is a wonderful hair stylist and person. I have coloured my hair many times and was tired with bleach and wanted to try balayage for the longest time and was very skeptical of getting anymore colour done because my hair was already damaged. But soon I started using the products suggested by Mercila and my hair is getting healthy day by day and also I usually love to get my weekly hair oil massage and wash. And then I decided to get the balayage done in magenta red and it was the best decision, I love how it came exactly how I explained to Mercila and also Sourabh was a great helping hand and he is a great hair stylist too he did my mum’s hair. So yeah my experience with Enrich has been really great and hope it continues the same way.

Went here to get my hair coloured silver. The staff was so pleasant to have around. Vasanth styled and coloured my hair silver, something I had wanted to do for a long time (three years to be exact). And I loved how he understood exactly what I wanted and there was not much confusion or miscommunication. Even though sitting for long hours over sessions split into two days should have been tiring, I didn't feel it at all because of the warmth I felt from the staff. They even got me food and snacks to eat between breaks. What lovely people, very professional. Would recommend a person going for such a ritual to keep having short walks during the breaks to avoid too much of body ache as it is a time-consuming one. All in all, one great experience. Please do visit this place for your hairstyling and hairdressing needs and fancies.

Bangalore is a new city for me and I really admire the hospitality of people here. Without even knowing the local language I never faced any issues and everyone is always ready to help. Its been another awesome experience with Enrich and even before visiting I had a feeling that my hairs will definitely be better. But after the visit I was so impressed by the expertise of my hair stylist Vasanth Kumar. I appreciate that they booked my appointment just in an hour. Sometimes its difficult to make the hair stylist understand what exactly we want and at times we don't even know what will suit us where Vasanth helped me with his suggestions. I was really impressed with his work and loved the hair color I got. Can't thank him enough for making my day. Thanks a lot again.

Most of the reviews you see here are immediately after the hair treatment is done so everything sounds great. Writing this review after 2 months 1. Didn't last for even 2 months ( have friends who have done it from other places and it has lasted for 6 months) 2. Hair gets super oily every 2 days, this was not told before the treatment was done Though the staff is helpful and great, all this is of no value if your products are not good! They sell u the Amazon serum shampoo and mask, please don't buy, not good at all Also, a small note on hygiene, it is not as great as other enrich salons, one of the rooms has many mosquitos

Very bad service and irritating communication, I have visited enrich salon for hair cut , hair colouring and hair wash thinking it’s a global service but they took almost 5 hrs to do only hair colour , I literally had to go through 3 attendees to discuss about the style and colors I wanted .. the stylist wasn’t paying attention to my requirements and he did spoil my hair and the style.. still they charged me , I just had to return home with out hair wash and hair cut ..very irresponsible and disappointing service!! See what I have asked for and what they have done, not even close it’s cost me around 5 k

The service was good, but as I had bought 1 on 1 roll on and after the session I asked the beautician if the two cartridges were completed, she said that it was but when I checked half of the second one was left out. Ideally she should have asked if I want her to use the same somewhere else, or do nothing or take it with me as I paid for the cartridges and not the body part. Was disappointed with the behaviour although will keep coming back for hair services.

First of all, I didn’t leave the salon feeling satisfied. My hair didn’t look bouncy (which it does after usual haircuts) and secondly after I came back home, did my first wash, my hair ends looked SO TERRIBLE!!! The front bangs look messy, not cut professionally. I have been to enrich salons and I’ve got good haircuts from here but this time it was wayyyyyy beyond disappointing. Now i’m stuck with this hair for months.

I recently visited this place for a haircut, I am so impressed by their service. The staff was super friendly and the hairstylist Parvez is super talented he taught me everything about hair care with all the logics behind the hair problems I had. He gave me the best haircut I could ask for. I would definitely recommend you to get your haircut done by him. Can’t wait to revisit again. 10/10 for services.

I absolutely love getting my hair services done at Enrich! Their stylists are well trained about the products to be used for different hair types and they take care of every minute detail to make sure you get great results! I got my haircut and fusio-scrub done by their senior stylist - Yeshi and I absolutely loved the service! Their staff is very welcoming and courteous too! Highly recommended :)

Really bad experience. I specifically asked for a basic stylist and they did not listen to what I asked nor did they confirm with me on what service they provided. After the service was completed they told me 'either you'll have to pay or I'll have to ask her - the receptionist to pay, because she was the one who booked the appointment". Never visiting again

It is always a pleasure to visit Enrich Salon... the staff and the reception folks are all so friendly, knowledgeable... they know their business... The outlet in Koramangala 80Ft road, is so serene and transforms you, right the minute you step into their premise... they hav a lovely garden and such a beautiful place. I would recommend this place any day...

Very well maintained salon with almost premium quality services. Went for a haircut and the experience was really nice. Pervez made sure that I get my intended look. A great guy and definitely recommended hands for your hair. Staffs are really well behaved. Overall a nice experience. The charges are at a bit higher end though.

The people in the salon need to learn the basics of talking to and dealing with customers. They reschedule your appointment, keep you waiting and misbehave with the customers (and believe me when i say that they do not hesitate in using bad words). Please go to a different salon. Enrich has worsened a lot over the years.

I was attended by mercil. She is just amazing. Very knowledgeable about kerastase products and hair care in general. She listened to my hair concerns and really helped treat them with right products. Very patient and an amazing person. Mercil makes your hair spa experience memorable and relaxing. Enrich is a must visit!

Pretty good service, the place is well maintained, the stylists are very professional and recommend treatments based on hair type and they have a wide range of products for home hair care as well. Lovely place, even lovelier employees. I had to get my nails done in a hurry and Zing was amazingly quick without compromising on the quality. She was fun to talk to and had offered good recommendations. I never received a feedback form to fill but wanted to write down this review just as an appreciation for Zing.

Went for a hair wash and and hair setting. It was a disaster. As the person had applied so much of serum that my hair was so oily. It was just looking I applied the hair oil and tried to set my hair. When I told the person that’s it’s oily he started to blow dry my hair . My hair was sticky. Not worth going .

I am a regular at Enrich Koramangala 4th block, but today I am really elated with my service, hence a special mention. Last time I got my hair colored and hair Stylist Sourav did a great job. And yet again today, Sourav killed it when it came to my haircut. Absolutely love my new look. ☺️

Hair Specialist Arun Biswakarma was very patience to understand my requirement and suggested the right hair cut for my daughter as per her face cut. he suggested short bod cut which really turned out good. My daughter liked it and got many compliments from her friends. Thanks Arun

I love the experience to be honest. And my hair seem healthy after the treatment. It was just not a long service for hair spa unlike others but every treatment is different so yeah if you want a full hour experience it will cost you double the amount you get in a regular salon.

Enrich is my go to for any salon services I need. I recently got hair Botox done from Yeshi and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Not only did Yeshi expertly handled my hair, he was also accommodating with timing and came in early just so my services were done in time.

I visited Enrich Kormangala 4th block for a haircut. Mr. Parvez did a fabulous work on my hair. Very professional, he also gave me some valuable hair care tips. With my dry, frizzy hair, it's not easy to get it right but the end result was exactly what I wanted. :)

I have been looking for someone who can shape my eyebrows for a very long time. Diff bueatician have spoiled my eyebrow shape. Finally, I found one, Zingkuila has done a great job and will be continuing to do my treading here. She is very good.

Getting a slot during emmergeny is easier than getting a hair cut slot at this place. plan 24-48hrs earlier if you want to get a hair cut but, Preffer YLG over this place any time opposit to same this place. (Bad managment good stylistes)

Soo this was my first time experience with the salon and I must say it was truly amazing! The master specialist Parvez is really good with his work and has been vocal about all the tips and tricks that he could give ! Worth the money !

I went to enrich for haircut and detan. The experience was nice. The stylist, Saurabh was experienced. He gave me good advice. At the same time, he listened properly what I was expecting. The detan session was also properly done.

Both hair and skin services are great, especially Yeshi and Nirmala. Only thing that needs improvement is the selection of nail polishes. It’s been the same for 2 years.
