Ok I love this bank and I love the people working for the bank! But I absolutely hate their new on-line banking system! Depositing a check is just torcher! I have a top of the line cell phone. Plenty of lighting and some checks go through and some don't! It is so so frustrating bc I don't want to have to go to the bank to make deposits but I have no choice bc of this horrible system! The old system never an issue at all! Maybe don't fix what isn't broken! Someone need to correct this!

I walked in to cash a cheque that was issued by them. The lady was so rude to me and treated me in a way I felt discriminated. They advised me that my chequw was under $5000 and they can't cash it for me Really? If you don't have a account with them you can't cash a check that's issued by them for under $5000. That's ridiculous. I simply left the branch with out saying a word Disappointed
