Before renting the house I asked him to repair all the damages which included cement works, electrical fitting etc. Further, he got the entire house painted with good quality paint. Thereafter, he got the entire house deep cleaned. He made the house spick and span and finally got me a tenant after ascertaining all the credentials All these he did in a limited time frame and the amount he charged was fairly reasonable. He also undertakes other sundry jobs associated with real estateviz.electricity bill payment, property tax payment, rent agreement etc. etc. One can safely and reliably trust his professional services.
