"Typical Kingston green space highlighting trees, beautiful greenery and budding blooms"
First visited in spring. Very beautiful, peaceful. But there was a loud humming noise on whenever I visited. I guess factory noise. Whole of spring I frequently visited but at the beginning of summer I stopped going there. When I went back a month later, the walking path was covered with dog poop. It was impossible to walk peacefully and I had to watch every step. This along with the noise made me stop going there. I don't understand why are people so foolish to let this beautiful park ruined with. Same with the Shannon park. They are connected and I thought they were one park until checking Google.
What do I have to say about how a few minutes in time with my wife and my mysterious creator. Needs not be said but experienced and this park setting did it for me. When I say it I can't explain why it just was. I recommend you try it out.
I use the boat ramp they have hear , as its not packed buy 730am like king street west ramp is...not alot of room for parking truck and trailer... Close to my house and allows access to lake ontario
Great except for the people parking on the grass on the south end by the Woolin Mill making deep ruts and a muddy mess.
Typical Kingston green space highlighting trees, beautiful greenery and budding blooms. Superb walk paths and views.
A nice quiet neighborhood park near the Cataraqui River. Good swingset and a couple of play structures but no shade.
Beautiful shoreline trail, walk along and take in the scenic St. Lawrence River. Part of the K&P trail I believe.
Great park, trail line along the river. Tables and benches available. Parking lot available. Nice view over all
Pretty quiet early morning, the pic is what happens when one tries taking pictures on phone through a baggie
I like all the improvements that are being implemented in this area. Keep up the good work, Kingston!
Beautiful scenic area for stroll along the water.
Got to love the parks. I have a dog. I have too.
Neat area to observe, waterfront and the mill
Not much of a park unless you are a rower
