Had to wait in the line for the Cafe for 15mins. When we got to the counter they told us we couldn't order anything from the menu and the only hot food was a few Pies cakes and sasuage rolls. Not great for people who can't eat beef like the lady behind me. The staff could of let the 20 people lining up know that there were no chips or hot food on offer. Very poor. Also minimal explanation on why we couldn't order any food. We could clearly see them cooking pizzas in the kitchen, please explain?

Terrible cafe! Very old school system. Writing down of orders on papers then having to add order up on a calculator. Not giving people receipts. Not taking names for orders. Multiple mix ups with orders. Not a very efficient system. Long wait times with puffing Billy rush hours. Minimal food options.
