Worst costumer service you’ll ever find. They either dont pick up and when they do they treat you like a lesser for trying to explain your situation to them. They provide false information and cant handle it when a person tells them it is in fact false. They act as if they have no authority to do something that is clearly in their hands, they just choose to be lazy and not help you even when you are a Saudi citizen that needs help and in a case of an emergency. Will file a complaint to the saudi ministry of affairs and I hope their service gets better.
Embassy does not pick up phone calls. I'm convinced whoever is "hired" to work there is always out at lunch instead of actually working there. Over 10 call attempts with no answering service, and the system continuously cuts the call after a minute on hold. Trust me, these people are stealing money from their country and are unashamed at the poor performance they give to citizens needing answers during these corona restriction times.
April 2023 5* Had great experience with the embassy. This is second visa application in 6 months and really thankful to staff. Everytime I sent the request through email, I got revert back with in 24 hours. This time, I did not had additional pages on the passport. I requested the embassy for their help and I got the positive feedback. This is really superb and kudos to all staff members.

I have called and emailed the embassy multiple times over the past few days for information about my return to KSA. I have never had to wait more than a few seconds for someone to answer my calls and all of the people I spoke to were incredibly polite and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!
I had an excellent experience recently. I wanted to register my vaccine received in Canada on the Saudi portal. The lady on the phone from the consulate section was very helpful, explained all the steps needed in a detailed way, listened and answered my queries in a very professional manner.
I had a really good experience with the embassy, I am Canadian and my husband is Saudi -- we needed to get my sons paperwork done and the staff was super polite and helpful. In all honesty I was surprised by how welcoming it was, lots of middle eastern desserts and really good Arabic coffee
The lady working here has a very big ego, that is if you are lucky to get the chance to get on a call with her in the first place. And yes, they rarely answer your call. What a great job to have, just be on "lunch break" your whole shift and get paid big bucks.

I have called many embassies before. some which were ignorant, some who don't reply. but this embassy is different. they reply quickly, they answer clearly, they do even beyond what you need. I don't know why some people are saying different than that.
Arrogant people. They have made a mistake on my visa and i have been calling them from the past 3 days non stop and they aren't answering the phone. They aren't replying to my emails either. What kind of rude behavior is this? Shame on the entire team.
Horrible experience. Bad Customer Service. They never pick up their calls. Because of their neglect and lack of care for people I missed my once in a lifetime Umrah chance. Such a shame that this place is taking away what is fard on people. Disgusting.
The best embassy even though I Ihabe not been in it my self but I am aware and know many of my friends who has received 10/10 service..I am also aware of all the haters this blessed country KSA has but their hate will not harm them...
What the point of having a phone number for contact? If you do not answer any calls. Be responsible! Make a change. You have multiple complains about this issue and yet YOU ARE SO WEAK YOU CANNOT FIND A SOLUTION TO FIX THIS ISSUE?
I have had good experience. Staff were polite and helpful as I was confused with all the changes with government websites. Just get a confirmation they received your documents and call and email them otherwise you will wait

Had questions about Umrah Visa to Saudi and they literally will not pick up the phone. Sometimes they pick up to hangup. What are these guys getting paid for when theyre not picking up during open hours?
I have never dealt with such a rude and inhospitable embassy. Then rarely pick up they phone. They never reply to emails. They are very harsh when speaking to people. Typical Saudi arrogance.
The Consulate only operates from 9:00 a:m– 12:00 p:m. You have 3 hours to complete your business, otherwise come back the next day. Extremely inconvenient for anyone travelling from afar.
If you are calling and not getting answers!! try to select the option for Saudi citizen. There will be higher chance that they answer. That is what i did after trying for two days.
I can only say that I have had a great experiences and positive impression with The embassy of KSA with the embassy staff, diplomats and Saudi people in general. God bless them!!!
if you hope they would ever answer your calls, you would be sadly mistaken. And when they do, expect the highest possible degrees if under performance! Awful, to say the least.
I called few times and the lady was always helpful. My problem is not solved yet but with the response I am getting from them by e-mail is great. Really appreciate their help.

So rude over the phone first you call they doesn't respond and put you on hold for an hour than they hang out on you so rude.
Working hours are between 10 am and 2 pm with a 1 hour lunch inbetween... Lmao and they're very rude too. Shame on you.
